I found a possible solution that has worked for me, I made a new campaign and played in it for 5 min, and then when I returned to my main campaign I was able to launch the rockets

When I'm walking around the ship with the magnetic boots, I go flying, I think it's usually when I walk on the capsule.

I make some key bindings in the game, and use them perfectly during the whole game session, and then I exit the game, all normal. The problem comes when you go back into the game the next time, the key bindings are supposed to still be set, but when you go to play they are the ones that come by default.
