  1. In KSP 2, there is a sample-grabbing arm that can let you take surface samples without the need for crew.
  2. We've seen footage of an interstellar travel tutorial in one of the dev videos, albeit for a small bit.
  3. The grabbing unit part does exist in the game's files.
  4. I remember hearing thst colonies will have a lot of systems apart from resource gathering. My guess is that they have do do will Kerbal populations, launching from colonies, and electrical magagement.
  5. I think you might need to change the color of your text. It is hard to read white on a white background.
  6. Ksp 2's decal system allows for a lot more unique surface features, such as the lake on Vall hanging rocks on Kerbin. I assume it wouldn't be too had to add below ground caves with that.
  7. I did a suborbital hop with a lander thst used jet engines. It was very difficult and I probably should have just used a plane.
  8. I understand the criticisms, but starting all these outlandish rumors just be angry at KSP 2 was too far.
  9. Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300HF CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 | RAM: 16.0 GB Floating point errors occur when travelling exceptionally far from Kerbol. Ships tend to shake themselves apart due to lack of precision leading to inevitable mission failure. These errors occur far before you leave Kerbol's Sphere of Influence, making any future interstellar missions impossible. This issue has been in the game since its initial early access launch and needs to be fixed in order for interstellar travel to be functional. 10. Reducing heating was not a bandaid fix. KSP 2 players generally complained about the upper atmospheres of planets being too unforgiving so they balanced it.
  11. In my opinion, I prefer the look of the old KSP 2 skybox seen in various prelaunch videos and screenshots over the one currently in the game and I wonder if it could ever be brought back. The old skybox looks more crisp and clean to me along with the greenish-blue tint that gives off a kind of "alien" feel. I can see why people might prefer a less visually noticeable and more realistic skybox, though I think it would be neat to see this return in a mod or optional setting.
  12. Will spacecraft in KSP 2 have more classifications (Lander, Station, Plane, Relay, etc) that could be seen in the map screen like in KSP 1? Also I wonder when flags will be visible and accessible through the tracking station.
  13. For my kerbals, many take trips to Eeloo for Christmas. Who wouldn't want an endless winter wonderland!
