  1. Um... My brother\'s planning on getting this once his current contract expires: http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/store/controller?item=phoneFirst&action=viewPhoneDetail&selectedPhoneId=5919 I don\'t have any particular reasons to recommend it, but it seems like a nice smartphone. I imagine the screen would be a bit vulnerable to dropping, though.
  2. Am I the only one having problems connecting to the site?
  3. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_of_Duty http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battlefield_(series) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo_(series) These are the video games people have enjoyed for the last decade or so. Mindless, pointless, simple, pathetically easy, no-strategy-involved violence. You just push buttons like a monkey in an experiment. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerbal_Space_Program http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dwarf_Fortress http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minecraft These are the good games, the one that make you think, and strategize, and work to achieve something. And you fail like crazy, and that\'s the fun part, because you have fun doing it. These are the games that are just now starting to get popular - I think that\'s a good sign, but the majority of the public won\'t even look at a video game unless they can scream profanities through a headset at people they don\'t know while playing it. So, while I doubt you can get much 'Wisdom and intelligence' out of the first three games, and none of them are exactly comparable to art, music, writing, et cetera, there\'s always a few gold nuggets somewhere in the tons of bland, boring stone.
  4. I, for one, enjoyed reading it. While he could make use of a quick spell-check and a it feels a bit rushed, it\'s a nice story and I\'m interested to see what comes next.
  5. I saw the ISS pass over where I live last year. Without a telescope, it just looks like a tiny dot of light passing overhead.
  6. Okay, I registered. I like this style more than the Vanilla one anyways, it feels familiar since it\'s the same as the main forums are. Here\'s to hoping this one\'ll stick.
  7. This person found a comment about feeling sorry for Mac users\' wallets worthy of placing in their signature.
  8. 9/10 for Mun EVA, one point taken off because you didn\'t build a time machine, go to the future, bring back a flash drive with the updated KSP on it and use that to do an EVA.
  9. Forums just stopped working for me again; do we know what causes this problem, or is it just random?
  10. When life gives you lemons, throw them back at life, yelling, 'I wanted oranges!'
  11. My nation post is already pretty much completed :3 In semi-related news, my nation\'s anthem is the song from KSP\'s credits. Because Lunus is awesome like that.
  12. roleplaykerb.comlu.com But to post on it, you need to pass the test and be approved by Radion.
  13. I opened this in your ship. And then this happened:
  14. That pic makes sense up until the equations start getting smaller again, at which point it is incorrect. Also: Once again, your argument is invalid.
  15. Good luck. Will this mean a return to BB code?
  16. Ugh. Maybe I should try using Safari or Firefox, and see what happens. EDIT: Okay, neither Safari nor Firefox yielded any better results; I can connect to every other site just fine, so it\'s not my computer being screwy...
  17. Of couse, now that we\'re a few minutes away from RP starting I can\'t get in :/ Probably just extra traffic because of said RP starting.
  18. Seems to be working fine for me, on a Mac with Chrome. I haven\'t had any problems with it yet. EDIT: Just looked in the \'who\'s online\' list, and apparently Radion managed to get it. Here\'s to hoping the issue was resolved for most people...
