This is the closest to multiplayer we'll get for a while. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/24926-0-20-Kerbal-LiveFeed-Passive-Multiplayer-Plugin-Client-Server-v0-6-5?
Here's my attempt(s) to get Kerbals on Tylo and (hopefully) back to Kerbin. Tylo I This was the first attempt. Liftoff of the Lander. Lander in orbit. Liftoff of the crew ship/interplanetary motor. In orbit. Rendezvous with the lander. I had lots of trouble trying to dock because I forgot RCS on the lander and the poor placement of the Crew ship RCS ports didn't help. I had to jettison the Orbital kick motor in order to dock with the lander. Docked! Burning into a Jool transfer orbit. I had to make a few passes around the planet because the LV-N is so weak and beause I had to jettison the orbital kick motor. Flying away from Kerbin. Jool encounter. A small correction. Jool. Aerob[r]aking. Laythe slingshot. Tylo! Low Tylo orbit. The view. Jeb and Bob climbing into their seats on the lander. Burning retrograde. Getting close... Landed! The landing legs started glitching after that and I had to raise them. Jeb gets up. Reading the plaque. Jeb and Bob beside the flag and their lander. Bob plants another flag beside a near by rock and claims it as his. Realizing that the lander does not have enough fuel to return to orbit, Jeb and Bob said their last words to Kerbin and eventually suffocated after their life support systems failed. May they rest in peace.
I will now commence in making in building mini versions of those (sans fairing, of course). Edit: Done. Mini Angara LVs I actually only started working on them a few minutes ago.
The twin LV-909 and fuel tank is not part of the lander. It's just the orbital boost stage. In order to have enough delta-v to land, I used Kerbal seats instead of a capsule (you can kinda see them on top of the 1m fuel tanks). The big docking port is jettisoned and there's a mini docking port behind it to dork the the ship again.
