  1. This is the most efficient 2.5m rocket I've ever built. It can put up to 40.5 tons to 72 km orbit and about 35 to 120. The rocket also has retrorockets to deorbit the booster stage. It has a maximum payload fraction of 16.21%. It jettisons engines to increase delta-v. If it doesn't jettison its engines, it does not have enough delta-v to reach orbit.
  2. Your speed is relative to the Sun, while my speed is relative to Kerbin.
  3. You can go to Forum's Settings -> General settings -> and change the "Message Editor Interface" to Standard Editor (don't forget to click "Save Changes"!). When you post, click on the little picture box in the editor and paste the URL of your picture.
  4. This is going to be very easy... I'll post my entry soon. Edit: Done. This has to be the ugliest rocket I've ever built. Solar escape:
  5. I am well aware of what SAS does. In fact, I use it all the time. It dampens movement, and, when used on a probe, is often more effective than ASAS. As you can see, I use SAS on all my probes. I am Master Kerbalizer.
  6. A SAS is unnecessary for manned ships is you already have a ASAS. I put it there so it follows the colour scheme of the spacecraft.
  7. How about this? Here's the download The action groups are the same as the old version. Edit: Should I change the docking port to a large one? Edit2: How's this? I took off the fairings so you can see the spacecraft.
  8. New version! On the pad- no visible change here. The new Soyuz spacecraft. Abort test (press 4 and backspace at the same time). Action groups: 1- Extend antenna 3- Toggle solar panels 4- Decouple top part of the fairing (press with abort) 9- Parachute 0- Jettison LES Backspace- Abort Download: Soyuz-FG
  9. Ahem: OP wants this thread locked or deleted because his question has been answered.
  10. I have been using the 24-77 clusters since December. Feel free to use it. I'm planning on completely rebuilding the Soyuz spacecraft anyways.
  11. Here, a greatly improved version of your Soyuz: Liftoff! In orbit Engine arrangement List of changes: New parachute New LES New core stage New core stage engines New boosters New booster vernier thrusters Modified Soyuz spacecraft (moved RCS tank, removed extra probe core, new structural parts, and a new tank) New fairing Basically, a new rocket And here's the download: Soyuz Be warned though, it has 239 parts, and the ant engines make a very annoying high pitch sound.
  12. A Blok-D would not be enough to send a LK lander and a Soyuz spacecraft to Mars and back. Plus, a Soyuz rocket can't lift a Blok D and a LK lander in one flight.
