I think ANY mods are causing near instant crashing in x64. I can't play the game at all..

Well I crashed. Not a rocket, but the game..over and over!

Wow this update is so futuristic! It's available tomorrow even though it's today!

If you have bases on every planet then they aren't epic enough...

So I scrolled by the OP twice until I realized that MY shuttle was in the OP! I got a nice kick out of that. Ursa looks good

I LOVE cars! In fact, I love anything with an engine, pretty much. When I am not playing this, I play Gran Turismo. KSP has better sounds, though.

I think that a per-month budget would be better. A year is WAY too long to wait for funds. A single mission might empty funds and require me to warp through the whole year to continue. Besides, warping for large periods of time is a must for interplanetary travel. Penalizing warping would not be very fun for some playstyles. I think that this concept would run into some major problems with exploitation and quality of life for the average player.

Nah, I've never really used them for just about every mission I could. I don't really like reusable craft. That was sarcasm btw.

You can never tell when a new build is imminent. Even livestreams of the new build are not the best indicator anymore. My philosophy is this: my cutoff point for major projects is 3-3.5 months, but only if the update will break persistence/craft files. otherwise, keep playing. The last time I stopped my activities to wait for the "imminent" update, it took 6 weeks for the update to actually be released. It was wasted time, and it made waiting a lot worse for me.

This. I am taking several steps back as we speak.

The only thing that concerns me is the update timetable and content. Things take too long and there is too little playable content. If it's worth anything, I also think that Squad heavily accommodates players with little or no experience but does not take any action to appease the needs of experienced players.

I am an avid "Souls" series player. I have been playing for about three years now and have played and enjoyed every game in the series. The Souls community is one of my favorite favorite ones (this community is the best however), and I thought I would see how many fans are out there. Whats game is your favorite? I don't play career mode, so I don't do any of these things. I normally build a quick rocket to test out the new features, then I wait for my essential mods. After that, I tweak my save until everything is ready for primetime, then I start on/continue something epic!

Am I frustrated by the game's direction? Absolutely. Am I worried about the game's future? Absolutely not. I think casual/new players make up a majority of the game audience, so the game's direction and content are enough for it to do quite well.

They would be a hindrance at this point in KSP but I would love to see them as they reduce mod dependence and satisfy my FAR compliance needs.

Yea. They keep us in the dark on many things, a major flaw of the media team IMO. Although I didn't really understand many of terms used, this is a great way to understand why everything takes so long: game making is really hard!

No rules on unmanned craft, I use them whenever the mission is dangerous, monotonous, or too easy to require Kerbals. That's it, really.
