I lol'd. After looking at the F3 screen, this has been demoted to the number 45 best idea ever. I am sorry for the false advertisement. I just think it would be nice to have some sort of archive building from which you can see the full body of work associated with you space program. It would be good for both nostalgia and analysis-based people like me. -

It is most certainly your fault. None of these things happened in the last release. I love the mod but please don't deflect the problems onto the joint system in KSP. -

Fairings DO in fact make a difference with FAR. Anything within a fairing or cargo bay is considered to be shielded and does not "produce" drag.

Nah. As much as I believe in NASA and SLS (it's a very traditional rocket), if something goes wrong, it could get the entire program cancelled. I can't imagine a scenario where the LES couldn't save the astronauts, but still. It would be a PR disaster, and it would set NASA back quite a while. -
I was playing another game last night, and went to the stats screen. Don't ask me why, but I thought of KSP immediately. There is no replay feature, nor a way for you to view the statistics associated with your savefile. Here are my suggestions for a stats system in the game. -A statistics screen with Achievements (Bodies visited, landed on, etc.), missions completed, and the like. It could even include favorite craft based on number of launches and/or time with the craft as the focus. -A flight recorder a la Flight Simulator. This could record flight inputs and relevant forces and replay them in a different replay scene. This would allow for mission analysis (and just reminiscing I suppose). Thoughts anyone?

Well Minmus really is the best way to get fuel into orbit. It's a stupidly small about of Delta-V (~300) if you mine the kethane on Minmus and aerobrake into Kerbin's orbit. I don't refuel in orbit, however. As a result, I cannot give personal examples.

So I should have saved a copy of the old dragon, but is there any way that you can revert that part of the .craft file to the previous behaviour? The gear are not usable in their current state. I will tinker myself to try to crack this mystery. -

The Landing gear are horribly bugged I'm afraid. They seem to bounce around incessantly and don't ever come to rest. The new suspension wildy adjusts itself without prompt or reason. It's almost as if the pod thinks its center of mass is somewhere that it isn't. It's not gamebreaking but I can't use the lander legs. EDIT: Does this have anything to do with the fact that there is a moduleWheel attached to the lander? Why is this a part of the Dragon? The proper module is moduleLandingGear. -

It looks great, maybe spread the logos vertically? I mean this will still become my main launcher regardless. EDIT: In regards to Energia, I have to say that a scratchbuilt shuttle would be fantastic. It would allow for the ultimate in creative freedom. -

I am having a slight problem. The plugin will not recognize most of my engines if I attach seperatrons. The fact that they are oriented sideways is the most likely cause of this. Also, might you consider having a separate link to download the plugin, in case Spaceport goes down (as it just did). Amazing improvements. I cannot ask for more! -

It could be a KAS storage box. The IVA scene shows all kinds of boxes and drawers. It makes sense.

According to the license, we are free to build upon the material of the mod, as long as we distribute the new mod under the same license as before. The largest problem will be duplicating his art style and skill. Not very many people are capable of Bac9's skill. According to Scott Manley, Bac9 is "going through a transition."

Those are things that you should check for yourself. If the lift does not change when you resize the wing, then there will be a problem. Also, anyone know if these wings are compatible with Deadly Reentry yet?
