1. ha... hell's blazes... I was 30 seconds late
2. mmmm pÄ›kné, pÄ›kné mÄ› se teÄ koneÄÂnÄ› povedlo vyladit loÄ se 3 Kerbalama, stÃ…â„¢edním roverem s tím pÃ…â„¢istávacím command podem pro 1 Kerbala, pÃ…â„¢iÄÂemž horní stage má 2 aerospiky a palivo na asi 1700 dV a meziplanetární stage je schopný dát dohromady nÄ›co pÃ…â„¢es 7000 dV, takže dohromady to dÄ›lá asi tÄ›ch 9000 dV... problém byl spíš dostat to jako jeden kus na orbitu, páĠto je celé dost těžké
Should any forum mod read this, please either close or delete this thread (duplicate thread)
5. Na wiki už jsme kdokoliv registrovaný může upravovat stránky s postfixem /cs (např Kerbin/cs)... @ThomasCZ - ty savy jsou ve složce KSP/saves/nazev_profilu
6. Awesome stuff great job indeed
7. Very nicee pictures there, mate I really like them a lot...
8. Yeah, this happens to me quite a lot when I try to launch heavy things using heavy lifters... as far as I can tell, it's caused by a lot of force being put on the weakspot, which is mostly the decoupler... the really heavy part (the payload) is being pushed up with some heavy force from the main engine and THAT'S when it starts to disassembly quite a lot... The only thing that can and WILL help is adding more struts... they do not only cancel out the wobbling issue (they are not like ropes) but they also hold the ship firm... they are much more like girders or so
10. I'm out of my words... great job, really...
11. I have to admit, that I've stopped using any part addons except MechJeb since 0.17 I guess... I used to use this pack A LOT and now I'm starting to miss the gorgeous looks of your rockets, so I think I'll install it once again as the 0.20 and the new version of NPRP comes out P.S.: As far as I can see from those screenshots, you've made a whole lot of work on redoing those models and textures... it WAS awesome but now... man... it's just totally insanely gorgeous great job guys, keep on making great stuff like this, you've earned my respect
12. if you mean undershooting as if you are ending up down of the Duna, it is because Duna has slightly different inclination with Sun that Kerbin does.
13. I am not a mod maker so I don't know the modding code basis, but I guess it won't be THAT "Pascal" simple I mean you will have to figure out the way to be able to stabilize your mining ship in a specific altitude IN THE ATMOSPHERE which means that it will try to slow you down due to drag. Another problem to solve would be that you cannot switch vessel while in the atmosphere... this would have to be figured out as well... I'm just tryin' to tell that it probably won't be that simple
14. For those of you, who were trying to use Satellite pack from MMI with DynaSat solar panels as I was, you may notice, that batteries are not being recharged by these panels... This can be easily fixed... But you have to be asured you have installed Powertech_mumech plugin as Satellite pack's installation notes tell you... open part.cfg of the solar panel which does not work... then find line beginning with module and change it to module = SolarPanels_PowerTech_MuMech
15. @Yogui87: Did you find out what I was reporting about?
16. As I promised, here are the pics... The first screen shows how it looks in default Prometheus Solar Rover.craft. As you can see, the cart has its node in the front and the upper cart (solar panels and so on) has its node in the middle. The direction they are facing is opposite (red arrows show facing of these parts - I suggest that upper cart is facing front where the camera is looking and the cart in facing front where there are headlights) These two pictures show how it looks when you rotate the cart so that both "parts" would face the same way. The only node of the cart - the front one - attaches to the only bottom node of the upper part - the middle one. As these length arrows show, this rotation creates quite big offset of the cart which really doesn't seem to look right. And this is what you get when you launch DEFAULT, unchanged Prometheus Solar Rover.craft. Your camera is facing back while the rover goes forward to the opposite direction where headlights face. I am sorry for amateur looking arrows painted in MS Paint I just didn't have enough time to make it better, but I think it serves the purpose.
17. okay, surely... I will do that in 5 hours as I get back home from work... but to describe the problem right now, the rover part (or the upper rover part - I'm not sure now) has its attachment node on the oposite side than it should be so there is no way to turn it so that it would face the same direction as the camera... just have a look at your prometheus rover.craft in your pack and you will see what I'm talking about... the cart part of the rover (with headlights) is facing the oposite direction than rover camera + these panels it is attached to... Simply try to launch just the pre-saved rover from your 4.0 version pack and you will see, that as you unfold all the components, as you drive forward, the rover camera is facing backwards. I should also mention that I have the latest cart plugin version + original and clean installed 0.16 (it has some addons in it, but I mean clean as not updated via updater, but downloaded as 0.16) and I've never used Prometheus rover before so there are absolutely no old files left...
18. I don't know if it's just me, but all the rover pre-saved crafts of the 4.0 version have the actual solar panel and camera part (upper part of the rover) turned 180° so they are all facing the rear direction, which makes the rover pretty silly. As far as I can tell, the problem is, that either the rover or the upper part have their attachment nodes placed wrong. Would a little fix be possible, please? Thanks a lot
19. Very interesting idea, although it has one major minus... Kerbin's landscape is VERY much different from Earht's as you can see from the orbit or maps made with ISA MapSat mod. Even if you'd like to try to land at some coords at least, you can use this mod to figure out the coords of each specific point of Kerbin... It is very interesting point for devs though, 'cause I think, that KSP in the future SHOULD really have at least some more civilization going on down there at Kerbin P.S.: There are 8 buildings in total (you have to add the well known "secret KSC", where the pink navball navigates you to)
20. I've beed keepin' an eye on this mod for a pretty long time, but what really annoys me is, that these parts STILL do not have a texture...
21. whoa that's great news Tiberion... I bet we all thank you for doing this great work... keep it that way, 'cause (at least for me) it's your mod, that makes me want to play KSP all the time... you have my absolute respect, sir...
22. Sad news indeed... respectful man who made "the step" and brought humanity a leap ahead... nice job on that plague...
