Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible: each time you go to another page, it change the URL. So, as bookmarking only bookmark for one URL, I think the only thing you could do is either bookmarking the first page of the thread and going manually to the last page, or bookmarking the what is the last page of the thread when you bookmark it; that way you would be close to the last page.
