I have 80 Mb/s download and 20 upload MB/s when i'm connected to cable(laptop) and 0.8 Mb/s and 15 Mb/s upload when i'm on WIFI (TP LINK WIFI router that should work at 100 Mb/s. I wonder why i have so low download speed yet the upload not changed that much. How improve WIFI speed?

I must said that i was to forced to buy it because my 6 years old desktop pc i just broken, and my laptop 5 years old ASUS is failing too, but i need laptop for my university, i just bust almost all my savings to buy it :-( And i'm not rich. I was trying to save money to buy new desktop for gaming, study, and work. But the new laptop which i use now is cool too, i paid for it 2200 PLN (Polish Zlotych) with is 589 $ PS. Does i can plug my desktop hdds to my new laptop so i can transfer my files and ksp saves

I'm in the middle of writing 2nd chapter of my MA thesis so i have very little time for recreation & relax. I transferred my KSP to steam now i'm cruising that!, i lost all my steam game when i "refreshed" my windows, i thought that if i chose that option over clean install i will keep my games but i was wrong, now i downloaded my fav modes manly: MechJeb, Kerbal Alarm Clock and FASA. and that what i did but i wonder why i not get record for reaching 5 km altitude, thus i used mod parts but it shouldn't be issue here?

You need be multibilionare for sure, but what kind of data you requere to fund such company. I study library science, we have lecture about information economic, we need wirte short paper about it, we have to write about starting bussines(as we desire) , Truck Compnay, book store, game devlepmnet company(like SQUAD for exemple ) and what data we need, cost of aquering such data and so on.
