  1. OK thanks, so it is the sideways landing one. I wish they would have given them less generic names. "Habitat Vehicle" in Google just gets you massive unusable results.
  2. Me too, but you can always load up a 19.1 version and visit it if you have never been there.
  3. As I understand it there is actually a fourth arch now. Without going into too many specifics there was a cave structure that is now an arch do to a change in surface elevation in version 0.20, but you will not find it on the Mun.
  4. You mentioned that you might do the HAB and cargo landers as well if things go right. NASA has had so many proposed Mars vehicles that I'm not sure how they look on the ground and my Google searches show a lot of different possibilities. Do you have any links or pictures to what you are basing them off of?
  5. Will the new side bar on the cage make it harder to get the Kerbal out after dismounting the seat?
  6. Have you had any issues with the Kerbals falling though the parts when you go away to do another mission and come back?
  7. Spock wouldn't have known of Vulcan's destruction until after arriving in the new time line.
  8. If you don't want an autopilot, I think the Void mod has been updated. Without some kind of mod I think you are ether going to be stuck using an protractor or looking at information stored on your persistent file. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/void-vessel-orbital-information-display-2/
  9. I have used MechJeb's Smart ASS to help control the camera when taking surface images and have been wonder if Kerbcam could be used too. Do you think code from these two mods working together could do this? http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/kerbcam/
  10. This is one of the telescope mods I used to get this image. You can zoom in more, but it gets hard as your telescope does keep moving in orbit. It would be nice if someone could write an additional plugin to allow you preset photographing based on longitude and latitude. Then just photograph tracks along a given area like a real satellites does. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/0-18-4-zeus-space-telescope/
  11. An episode explaining Kerbal cloning technology might be fun or at least feature it in some way as part of an episode. I have always wanted to see a Kerbal version of early flying machines something alone the lines of this video. Maybe even in grainy black and white. I know you are limited in what parts you can use, so you can't make replicas, just something in the same spirit. I don't know how long copy right last on songs, but "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines" song would be perfect for it.
  12. This reminds me of that book "A World Out of Time". Basically millions of years from now Earth gets moved to Jupiter after the Sun turns into a red giant so it will survive longer. More about Earth's end than beginning though.
  13. It would be interesting if you could make the gravity proportional to how fast it is spinning, but for just the hub piece of course.
  14. This is Just something I did today when I got a little bored. Jeb: Number one crash test dummy. Goddard: liked to build rockets in his garage. They crashed a lot too. Goddard again Houbolt: Credited with championing the Munar Orbit Rendezvous or MOR mission profile.
  15. It has a very 1950's SciFi feel to it. Now that I think about it, maybe it needs nuclear powered steam motors to land with.
  16. These are perfect for making small Mun buggies. I might suggest a small Moon Rover chassis to go with the wheels. Maybe just the NASA body with all the science equipment etc minus the wheels and seats? After Bob failed his rover certification test, he must now wear the Cone of Shame.
  17. Very nice, they are very reminiscent of the NASA Moon rover wheels especially with the orange fenders.
  18. There are several asteroid mods that have gravity if you actually land on them. The two main issues are giving it a sphere of influence so you could orbit it and the size limit of 2.5 km.
  19. Yep, he survives all matter of risky space flight only to choke on a bumper.
  20. I can just hear the announcers voice: "SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY.....JEDIDIAH KERMAN DESTROYING THE COMPETITION WITH THE GRAVE DIGGER. ONE DAY ONLY AT THE ANAHEIM FAIRGROUNDS................BE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
