  1. Didn't realize the station's obit was that inclined. I guess it makes sense when most of the parts are coming from the US and Europe. I would imaging it would also be more useful for Earth science studies too, as more of the Earth is passed over.
  2. I'm also missing these things as well. It was also convenient how it listed delta V on the GUI for each orbital maneuver like circularizing orbits, changing periapsis or transferring to another body etc.
  3. I haven't seen the ones you are taking about, but he is likely using the Cubic Octagonal Strut parts to do it. See here: http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Cubic_Octagonal_Strut You basically surface attach several of these cubes to the bottom of your rocket and they act just like attachment nodes to then attach your engines to. If that doesn't make sense I can see if I can make a few screen shots.
  4. I was thinking of suggesting a small black hole wandering too close to the system as to why the outer planets are missing and the debris created in the chaos is what created Eeloo, Dres and some of the moons. All that debris would also resurface the planets. I agree the scale issue should be ignored for story purposes.
  5. Oh I notice you even have that Astérix satellite in there. I might add the RemoteTech module to that.
  6. I noticed their absence, but I thought it was just that I was landing in treeless areas. Then after installing 20.2, I starting seeing them when at the runway. They have grow quite a bit in there absence it would seem.
  7. Unless Squads adds a half buried Statue of Liberty somewhere along the coast, I'll stick with different solar system, but it's fun to speculate.
  8. I think it flies using some form of Evil Magiks. Basically the rover wheels get it up to about 16 m/s on the runway and then you aim for the runways drop off, from there the game's infinite glide bug takes over and your airborne. It's really too heavy and I just threw it together. The engines may just be decorative and it's the glide bug that is making it fly. The wheels break often on takeoff at 16 m/s and I don't think you can land it without breaking them. It's barely flyable, I land it by going in nose down into the dirt and hope the roll cage lives up to its name.
  9. They changed it. It's now really another arch. I liked it when it was a proper cave. I'm wondering if this was intentional or a side effect of the new retexturing of the planets?
  10. Yep, it is surprising how a simple part can be so useful and fun.
  11. They are part of the new version of the FL1 Rover. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/0-20-freelancer-rover-body-mk1-wayland-corp/
  12. I do it constantly now while watching YouTube videos of KSP. -The changes look good on the new rover.
  13. More Mun trucking goods carriers. This mod just gets more fun all the time, thank you.
  14. Maybe it needs a new type of radial NERVA engines?
  15. This is a very very useful part. The only thing I would suggest is making it just a little bit wider so the Kerbals giant heads don't merge, but it is not a big deal. Maybe a second longer version that has room for a second set of back seats? I was also thinking white might be a better color choice over gray. The first Moon buggy was white. I paid extra for the solar powered floor mats. Kerbal head space is always at a premium. Mun Machines: size does matter. For the record: there is a very good reason why we don't have three wheeled vehicles like this on the road. Try building one and find out why.
  16. Where do you work where you can fly drones on the job and do they have any openings?
  17. I think the problem is with the core game and the Devs may need to fix it or tell the mod makers how to change there items to work better with the launch pad.
  18. A second question that may need to be considered is how much radiation is coming form this gas giant. You may need a small gas giant to keep from killing any life on this world unless it has evolved to adapt to it.
  19. That made me laugh, I feel that way every time I use ion engines. My game also crashed four or five times during aerobraking. -Bluegobln, would it be possible to have attachment nodes on the top and bottom of all the shields? It adds more flexibility when building. I wanted to add a second shield and device to the top of my ship, that I could detach and send into the sun while the ship stays up higher.
  20. Thanks Devo, for all your work and I promise to keep crashing your Eagle for a long time to come. Drop us a line when you are ready to talk about your game.
  21. I love Throttling a big rocket.........that doesn't sound right does it.
