  1. I don\'t make videos very often... but I have a few on my Youtube Channel... http://www.youtube.com/user/lukey405 Not that any are really worth watching. I do have a KSP video on there, though!

    Iron Sky

It looks so hilariously fake when the guy in the white suit is skipping along in what is blatantly Earth gravity.
  3. When I was younger I would always have some music playing whilst doing anything, like working or browsing the web, but I\'m not too bothered these days.
  4. I believeth thou hast misappropriat\'d thy language by several hundr\'d years.
  5. Great beauty hath the middle england tongue. Whan that Aprille, with hise shoures soote, The droghte of March hath perced to the roote And bathed every veyne in swich licour, Of which vertu engendred is the flour; Whan Zephirus eek with his swete breeth Inspired hath in every holt and heeth The tendre croppes, and the yonge sonne Hath in the Ram his halfe cours yronne, And smale foweles maken melodye, That slepen al the nyght with open eye- So priketh hem Nature in hir corages- Thanne longen folk to goon on pilgrimages And palmeres for to seken straunge strondes To ferne halwes, kowthe in sondry londes; And specially, from every shires ende Of Engelond, to Caunturbury they wende, The hooly blisful martir for the seke That hem hath holpen, whan that they were seeke. Bifil that in that seson, on a day, In Southwerk at the Tabard as I lay, Redy to wenden on my pilgrymage To Caunterbury, with ful devout corage, At nyght were come into that hostelrye Wel nyne and twenty in a compaignye Of sondry folk, by aventure yfalle In felaweshipe, and pilgrimes were they alle, That toward Caunterbury wolden ryde. The chambres and the stables weren wyde, And wel we weren esed atte beste; And shortly, whan the sonne was to reste, So hadde I spoken with hem everychon That I was of hir felaweshipe anon, And made forward erly for to ryse To take our wey, ther as I yow devyse. But nathelees, whil I have tyme and space, Er that I ferther in this tale pace, Me thynketh it acordaunt to resoun To telle yow al the condicioun Of ech of hem, so as it semed me, And whiche they weren, and of what degree, And eek in what array that they were inne; And at a knyght than wol I first bigynne.
  6. Well, I am not interested in the National Glory part... even if I was American I wouldn\'t be. I just want to see another ambitious manned program like the 60s. Such a program would not only benefit the US, as Tyson says in the video, but also the rest of the world. The whole world saw the Moon Landing in \'69, and the whole world had that same galvanizing effect from it. I don\'t really care for what reason Congress increases NASA\'s budget, so long as they do. However. I do agree that it would be far more preferable for all the spacefaring nations to pool resources and explore the cosmos together, but sadly I do not think that is likely to happen any time soon.
  7. He should put it in the description of the video.... maybe even a link annotation at the end of it.
  8. In the UK we have government petitions which are guaranteed to be considered in Parliamentary proceedings if they reach at least 100,000 signatures.
  9. I would sign it if I were a US Resident/Citizen. Unfortunately I am not, so I have done my best by tweeting and facebooking it.
  10. I only comment code when I know someone else is going to need to read and understand it. Otherwise, I just write the code and trust that I\'ll remember what I was thinking when I did.
  11. Legal probably comes before funding. No one is going to fund your project if you can\'t legally pull it off. Also, if you\'re wanting to reach orbit, we\'re talking international law, here.
  12. If you manage to get an object into orbit (even if its, like, a toothbrush or something) then you get massive props from me. However, I will have to see it to believe it.
  13. trbinsc, I believe. I can\'t do it, since I am not a US Citizen.
  14. Agreed. Young Students have been known to do this before, too.
  15. That is what I mean, yes. Definitely include it.
  16. Yeah, I think that\'s great. Don\'t mention the video, just let it speak for itself. Awesome.
  17. Just a couple of ideas: Try putting the video last, since using a video straight away might make it look as though you do not totally understand your cause, since you need someone else to do it for you. I really like the first line, so try to still keep as much of that as possible. Also, begin with a clear statement about what you want done, beginning with 'We, the undersigned...'
  18. You should probably have a look to see if there is any active amateur rocketry in your area, and speak to them. That\'ll be a good place to start with rocketry. Orbit is out of the question, however, unless at least one of you happens to be a billionaire.
  19. It\'s excellent. However, one change. If this is a petition, use the collective 'we' (as in, the undersigned). Not 'I'. If you say 'I' it sounds like one man\'s rant, and you don\'t bring any attention to the fact that there are signatories or supporters at all. It doesn\'t sound like a movement. Where you have used the word 'we' to refer to the US... change that to 'this Nation'.
  20. Well, I\'ve not played MSFS since 2002... I hadn\'t realized it had advanced to that point (if you can call than an advancement).
  21. Meh. Why play this when I could launch Orbiter, fly about earth for a bit, and then FLY TO FUCKING MARS.
  22. I presume you mean 'for now' not 'until now'... In that case, bring on 0.15!
