'Insane laugh' Prepare for insanity... The first 1/5 center section of the Infinity class capital ship (With the full complement of 10 updated Stalwart/Strident Class Heavy Frigates) Updated version clocks in at near 4000 parts: I actually have to swap out the frigates with the updated versions, enlarge the deployment bays, start the construction of the side hull, plan the layout of the top side, and find the location of S-Deck. And I fully expect to eventually exceed 1000000 parts. The final ship should be able to plow through any other ship in this game like a knife through hot butter... and that's ignoring the planned series-8 "Super-Heavy MAC" main cannons.

Heavy? I've made a 868 ton dreadnought before, but it turned out to be too light for my needs. The infinity should easily exceed 1000 meters and tons with its current incomplete form.

I just hope that we can eventually make the forerunners look primitive. Not too hard in my opinion. Plus... singularity. Nuff said.

I love the charon class I built, but I feel it s time to make a covenant battlecruiser for light combat. To the sph I go.

Yes!!!! Swarms of sabres and infinity class ships!!!! -
The Charon class is about 100-120 tons. It should be my main ship after the fix.

@War Eagle 1 Lots of patience. The Paris class holds a minimum of 8 anti capital ship torpedoes and can be fitted with a super-mac. I also just finished with a charon class frigate for throwaway combat duties. The Charon class is not made to survive massive damage while having long range, high acceleration, large weapons loadout (similar to a midget version of the Paris Class weapons systems), and decent armor that... may have a, er, large series of trade-offs. Actually, I am going to redesign the back of the Charon Class with a simple modification to fix that weakness.

Hehe... impulse manifolds are about to be upgraded. On a random note: cries. why does the m6e ssd have to be so expensive... I will be stuck with my decade old hdds. I might just get an intel ssd for that price, or the 256 gb 840 evo. http://www.techspot.com/news/56255-plextor-m6e-pcie-solid-state-drive-available-in-128gb-256gb-and-512gb-capacities-starting-april-7.html

"Evil laugh" I can finally start the creation of the infinity-class I scrapped dozens of times. Also, my standard sabre class starfighter: My flagship: Time to download ARM. Also, taking up Korra AMV video editing again. My gtx 760 cuda acceleration is rather helpful.

Nice ship. :) I actually decided to make a km + sized infinity class, but I might have to make it long term due to computer melting lag... One of ONI's black projects. Major changes have occurred to both the ships and frigates since this post to increase ship length to about 2.2 km. The Infinity is also progressing along. This is just the bottom section for the frigates. 0_o

Maybe not related too much, but I decided to take a crack at fanfiction. Or at least parodying the cliches. https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10217787/1/Touche-Stars-VADM-Stanforth-Doesn-t-Like-Horrible-Fanfictions Also, what the... https://www.fanfiction.net/s/8450639/9/Korra-Doesn-t-Like-Fanfiction On a related note, I decided to build a new tanker. It should allow for much better stability, and better module expandability. Who wants to be CFO?

Sr-72 goldbird a2a edition released. Part count is not light, but all requested changes except for speed have been made. https://www.dropbox.com/s/5sq5vaxet96n6be/Sr-72%20Goldbird%20A2A.craft I might play this song while docking: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMJou-idWC4 Am I a Halo universe junkie? I think the answer is obvious when you look at my craft collection. UNSC forever! And Parangosky!

Of course, it would be hilarious to have randomized crash landings due to incorrect unit conversions. "Cough, NASA, couch". only 111 posts to go until the mark of the devil. -
