  1. This is not always true. Just because your system can run the demo (0.18.3), doesn't mean you can run .21 with or without lags. Seriously, I need to get a new CPU (and along with it, a new GPU because Intel HD Graphics is installed to CPU) so that I can play in a better performance. I can guess a lot of you aren't using the integrated graphics, because I am. *sigh* EDIT: Also, I use Windows 7 32-bits, with 4GT tuned.
  2. So just recently I installed Ubuntu, and first of all it require me to run Ubuntu installer inside Windows 7 to install. When I finally installed Ubuntu 12.04 to my computer, I messed around for a while, then decided to look at the detail. As it turns out, I have 3.7GB of usable RAM, 0.32GB more than what I have in Windows 7. (Both OS has 4GB of total (shared?) RAM, 64-Bit Ubuntu is just more efficient than its 32-Bit counterpart.) 0.08GB less than what I have in Windows 7 now. I've reinstalled Windows 7 with a 64-Bits version and a legal product key to activate it. However, noticing the graphics is Unknown, I was confused. I mean, I have Intel HD Graphics installed (inside the CPU), and in Windows the GPU is known. I wonder, is there anyway to make Ubuntu realize that the Unknown GPU is not so "unknown" at all? EDIT: After some web surfing, it turned out to be bug 914631. I wonder if the package I'm downloading is a fix or a workaround. EDIT 2: Yup it worked. Though I'm surprised that it showed Intel Ironlake Mobile. I guess my GPU belongs to that group.
  3. Call Jeb, tell him to strap several boosters to that rocket, then ignite and ride the rocket. Jeb will be so thrilled... (not for the crew, though...)
  4. Floor 369: You do realize that the building is flying...
  5. I think false. The next user is not going to say anything. (Expecting false here again.)
  6. Floor 365: Well, happy birthday! You are now 1 year older than you should be. OOC: Don't expect this to end.
  7. Floor 364: Well, you didn't expect to enter a very long floor, and in which there are 3 floors in 1 floor...
  8. Nice. But didn't the last guy buzzed the buildings 4 times, ATC tower 3 times?
  9. ERROR 1607: FATAL ERROR! ERROR 1607: FATAL ERROR! ERROR 1607: FATAL ERROR! ERROR 1607: FATAL ERROR! ERROR 1607: FATAL ERROR! ERROR: Brain.exe cannot be run. Please make sure if you have installed all its components.
  10. Hold on, I don't think 170 is right. I need to recheck. First, though, I need to figure out the average speed by dividing the distance over ground by 8 second.
  11. So I have an idea of using a ramp to launch a ship. I got to work and make a plane. And it worked... but it didn't get far. Luckily no Kerbals are dead. 1. Before launching the ramp I launch a ship with 2 pods, filled with crew, and no Jeb, Bill, or Bob. Though I should add space between the lower pod: Still tumbling: Everyone is ready: 2. Test Flight Here is my plane, with a ramp: (Weighed about 1.8T without the ramp, and probably 14 parts) This Kerbal seemed eager to fly the plane: (Now, originally I decided to have 6 Kerbals to go, but then I got bored getting Kerbals to seat, so I seated only 4.) After filling 4, I launch my ship, let it go to the ramp, then take control, and... it didn't get far. Thank god that no Kerbals are killed. Mission Log: (Managed to get to 175 m/s while going down, somewhat less than 170 m/s while flying.) This Kerbal is eager to see that everyone is alive. And now... More stuff to recover... (I've already recovered some, but then accidental keys got me to the ramp, so I have to get back... So, not counting the ramp, the statistic would be: 14 parts, 4 Kerbals, 1.8 tons without crew, possibly 2.16 tons with crew, Average speed 51.75 m/s, Craft survived, with the loss of 1 wing... So... S=v*m*(k+1) S=51.25*2.16*5 // If I quicksaved, I can test again. But I didn't. And I'm tired of doing it again. S=553.5 // This is the score I get, without counting the ramps. Not sure if it qualifies.
  12. False. The next user does not have a signature. (Expecting a false.)
  13. 360: The Artificial Gravity Maker failed, causing widespread 0-G to everywhere. You will need a jetpack to go up, or hold the handle.

  15. ERROR: .physics and .aerodynamics are not recognized file extensions, check Regedit to see if they are installed. ERROR: Due to last error, KerbalUniverse.dll cannot be run. NOTICE: In order to run, you must download the registry file for file extensions .physics and .aerodynamics. And so... ERROR: svchost.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. 16. Draw. Both sides lost too many people. (Several thousand (to million possibly?) rockets crashed, several millon Kerbals dead; several thousand (to million possibly?) Soviet army vehicles destroyed, possibly 10 million Soviets dead.) US Space Program vs Time.
  17. Does anyone know if this version of Modular Fuel Tank is compatible with KSP 0.21?
  18. Now you talked about it, I need to re-think my AAR crew position. Information: Originally my AAR is supposed to have 2 landers housing 3, and a ship housing 7. That means one of them (which is originally Bob) would have to stay onboard throughout the flight. However, by reading this AAR, I have thought that I should make a lander of 4, to give Bob room to wiggle. (You guess it, Bob is one of the crew.) I'm not going to use the Dragon Rider, however, and decided to make my own. Not a mod, but using stock parts.
  19. Given the current condition, Jeb and the rest of his crew will be more pressured. I wonder what would go next. And I thought Bob's fall is more soap opera than (Bill) Clinton's fall.
  20. That was great! One question OP, though: how did you manage to get everything moving? Multiplayer?
  21. Great chapter Czo! I wonder what would Jeb and the Medic tell to Bob, risking his life operating the mission alone... (Not that I overlooked his "assistants"...)
  22. Foreword: This is made in KSP 0.21.1, but yeah, 0.21. So yeah, I made a video about KSP 0.21 (0.21.1), and after showing stuffs, I immediately went on testing my Duna ship prototype, and well... Then I found a glitch about the Whack-a-Kerbal tool that disappears when leaving the gameplay scene before 0.21, but now persists even after leaving the gameplay scene. R.I.P. Camgun, you will be missed.
