  1. Right now I'm testing whether the Rover wheel coordinates work with the shuttle landing gear. I do have backups so that I can revert to the old one if it didn't work. I'll have to test it on the runway, though, because I'm too impatient to do another launch. Anyway, the video is being edited.
  2. The reading part of your OS is non-responsive because of this: I'm going to fix the memory issue.
  3. Floor 301 (20 from the center of Milky Way): A sign:
  4. The forum is under maintenance. I'm going to play Distant Worlds.
  5. The corrupt video is not gonna provide us a lot of clues, but some. So there is potential.
  6. There is a problem with MechJeb and a shuttle. I hate wobbling, and that's what MechJeb gave me... EDIT: Well, now that I got the video finished encoding, it's time to edit it.
  7. Banned for positioning. This applies to both of you above me.
  8. Banned for having a Nyan cat in your signature.
  9. After many days of file-writing errors I finally get the problem fixed, but that has left me an idea... Here is what you would do: The first person say what he wants to play/use, and the next user create a scenario in which the software/hardware failed, and then state what he want to play/use, and the next user did the same thing as the previous user, and so on. Example: Me: I'm gonna play Distant Worlds. 2nd User: You clicked on Distant Worlds executable, but nothing happens. I'm gonna reboot the computer. 3rd User: After the reboot the hardware instantly overheats and shuts the computer down... ... 4th User: ... I'm gonna play SpaceChem. Me: You ran SpaceChem, but then I hacked your computer and stole a vital part of SpaceChem. Now you can't play SpaceChem... ... So yeah, it's like "Make a wish and have it horribly corrupted!" game, but with much more technology theme. Are you up to it?
  10. 10% 29% 50% 99% Error reading files! Corrupt executable? Retriving backup. Backup retrived. Downloading installer. Installer downloaded. Begin installation. ... Squad_Data.dll --- 100% Squad.exe --- 100% Setting.cfg --- 73% Error decompressing files! Corrupt installer? OOC: That's the infamous Unity Installer message in some attempts of installing Unity 4.1.5f1.
  11. Floor 227 (250 from the center of Milky Way): Looks like you might go into one of the black holes. If so, hope you can get out of here.
  12. UPDATE: I decided to run with Superfetch delayed and with Superfetch on immediately. With Superfetch launched later, the startup took about 85 seconds. With Superfetch launched as part of the start up, the startup took about 61 seconds. Also, just ran the tests with IE and the Sims 3 Launcher. Internet Explorer startup: 1.5 seconds with Superfetch on/2 seconds with Superfetch off The Sims 3 Launcher: 19 seconds with Superfetch on/21.5 seconds with Superfetch off It took 3 startups, due to 1 startup in which the Sims 3 launcher failed to launch normally...
  13. Whoops. I'll do a restart (takes at least 2 restarts). Since The Sims 3 was ran when Superfetch is probably disabled, I would probably just disable Superfetch for the first test on IE, and reboot and turn it on on the second test.
  14. @Bobcat: I have to go to VAB and rotate the ship till the tail is facing 90 degrees. @Everyone: I have made a video overnight about this. It's too late to edit and publish now (it's 11 PM here) but I'll probably do it. Somehow.
  15. An attachable joystick. Errr... which is the hover button? (P.S.: Again with the typing using left hand.)
  16. Banned for (MESSAGE KIA) (Damn that's too much jealousy...)
  17. OMG, I'm searching in Google about Superfetch, and tons of articles showed up, some saying Superfetch as a piece of junk. I have to experiment myself: Test Result (Test 1): Internet Explorer startup: 1.5 seconds with Superfetch on/2 seconds with Superfetch off The Sims 3 Launcher: 19 seconds with Superfetch on/21.5 seconds with Superfetch off Okay, so apparently with Superfetch on the applications run faster... on older computers. Mine is not very old, however (only 2 years). Perhaps Superfetch "learned" since the beginning? Why did some computer "experts" said that Superfetch is useless? What really is about Superfetch (and Prefetch)? And please don't turn this into an argument.
  18. Granted. It explodes when being burnt by fire in the engine and cause the engine to explode, engulfing the car in flame. I wish for an icon.
  19. Floor 225 (Estimated 500 from the center of Milky Way): For some reason the Quantum Teleporter teleported you to about 500 floors from the center of Milky Way. 2 big black balls are in the vincinity, and you are getting pulled --- slightly. Are you ready for the stretching?
  20. It's free. There's a beta in the Powder Toy game page, and although you can get to access (and test) the beta, you can't publish it.
  21. Yeah... sorry about the body shape. I'm not a professional in playing the Powder Toy. Mostly I just mess around, but made an exception to this case. Sorta.
  22. Granted. What do you perfer? Physics and Astronomy or Biology and Geology? I wish for a telescope.
  23. Yeah, usually it is vertical, but pressing "w" (as long as there's no stickman 2 --- the squared figure with blue legs) will change the gravity setting. It will change from Vertical, off, radial, and repeating. But with Newtonian Gravity enabled, you can simulate gravity with black hole, white hole, and other stuff. Experimenting helps, though. I'm using GPMP (I think) to hold Kerbol's particles together.
