  1. That would technically be possible, but it wouldn\'t exactly be legal or moral, and such a hypothetical person certainly shouldn\'t openly admit to having done that on the forums. A much better solution would be for person A to register a new store account using person B\'s email address and purchase KSP using that account and their own PayPal, then hand that store account over to person B. Edit: Dammit, ninja\'d.
  2. Yeah, a 360 pad as well for me. Well, a PS3 pad emulation a 360 pad, actually. I do have a proper flight stick with a throttle unit and pedals and everything, but unpacking that monster and hooking it all up is way too much work and the gamepad does a perfectly adequate job controlling this game.
  3. No, because the Sun doesn\'t exist. And according to Harv never will.
  4. More to the point, more teasing. This time with 2m parts. Though I can\'t help but notice that it has stock RCS blocks, not SE2 ones.
  5. What\'re you talking about, there was no change. In that specific place or anywhere else. <.<
  6. Exactly. Before the Mun was implemented, there was no point in rotating the rocket around and going equatorial. Plus if you went over the poles you got a nice view of the polar holes.
  7. Now, now, people. Be nice. It\'s a real PITA when you pay for something and only then you find out that you can\'t actually get it. It\'s being worked on, hopefully it will be resolved soon. Oh and yes, welcome to the forums.
  8. If you have a working computer, here\'s what you do: Step 1: Find your current key using a small third-party utility. A quick google search will turn up a few. Step 2: Write the key on the installation CD using a permanent marker.
  9. I\'ve just realized that that mini-capsule reminds me so much of. It\'s a diving bell, isn\'t it. The kerbals took a flipping diving bell, strapped it on top of a rocket bunch of dustbins filled with kerosene and called it a day, didn\'t they. Speaking of dustbins, I\'ve also been able to put a finger on what exactly it is that bothers me about SE2 so much. It\'s too smooth, too streamlined. The only truly kerbal component seems to be the mini-capsule. I really miss those old fuel tanks with indented sides. Made the rockets look so much more like they were just cobbled together from random bits. Edit: Downloading Blender... ;P
  10. How exactly can you practice being blown up? S:|
  11. By having no life to speak of.
  12. Well it did a bit more than that, didn\'t it. I mean, you can see rather large chunks of metal flying off the thing. Amazingly, the guy seems to have been alright. He keeps moving right and at about 0:17 you can see him emerge out of the smoke and move to the right edge of the screen and then out of the view of the camera.
  13. Welcome to the KSP Forums! Nice Mun base. Happy Launching! Arrr! Admiral Sordid
  14. Heh, I misread the title as 'UFU photoshopped over Scotland' and thought to myself, 'So what\'s the news exactly? Aren\'t they all?'
  15. Well then they\'ll just look like SE1 RCS blocks. You could make them half-cylindrical, like so, to make them a bit different.
  16. Regarding the aesthetics of RCS blocks, I also think the new ones in SE2 are a bit... well, ugly, to be honest. Especially after you made a big point some time ago about how the stock RCS blocks were rounded and you wanted properly blocky ones like they had on Apollo. What I\'d really love to see is RCS that has the nozzles flush with the surface of the spacecraft, like so. Basically an upside down bucket with holes in the sides, to be mounted at the top of the crew capsule to make it look lika a Mercury or Gemini capsule.
  17. Huh? Why would it be? I\'m confused.
  18. Is it? So the early Shuttle missions with a white main tank had the tank painted?
  19. Actually it\'s [noembed] . Though personally I prefer [/noembed].
  20. I\'m sorry, I can\'t take that seriously. Firstly, the fighter form\'s guns seem to be bigger than its engines. But more importantly, the mecha form has high heels.
