I like that too. I never use the FAR plugin yet. But some day. I imagine that is hard to take off it. The best Plane SSTO Rocket only i have, i use a decoupler to control how it consumes the Fuel, without the need to transfer fuel after. Look... And i use the LV 30, give me more TWR and Weight dV ratio. (better comparable to LV 45 and aerospike, im practice) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/24884-0-19-1-Albatroz-Rocket-Plane-SSTO-image-heavy

It is, really cute!

I only use mine too. rsrsrsr. But i like to see what others do, and show mine. I see you guys are talking about a SSTO Rocket, so... By the way, i'm building another from the series STAR, for 5 Kerbin's, like these, but Hybrid. I see the future of space travels in Rocket/Jet Ships. They are more efficient, economic and powerful. At least in the game. But they already are developing a jet to space travels, that show me they doing similar ways in real life... By the way, your SSTO Rocket is very pretty and efficient Roboray!

Weapons, i'm out! Good luck!

I have a sort of things on dropbox, too. old and new rockets, RSS, Space Shuttle Fusion... Feel free to download and try anyone. Directly and for inspiration too. (If any, lol) https://www.dropbox.com/sh/yfqxh4b94czu2hl/DILqDQpHTJ

I have a sort of videos, for rockets, SSTO's, VTOL... in my Youtube channel, and other on vimeo channel (but hided, you will only see it if get the link from forum post), but i can give you the links here: http://www.youtube.com/user/Climberfx http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/25478-0-19-1-Pavão-SSTO-X-Wing-Like-Space-Jet-KSPX-Parts http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/25839-0-19-1-Dragon-Rocket-SSTO http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/25849-0-19-1-Falcon-Rocket-SSTO http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/26502-0-19-1-STAR-series-Turbo-Upgrade-more-effective-and-efficient%21-double-intakes http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/25619-0-19-1-Flexa-SSTO-Jedi-StartFighter-inspired-Space-Jet-KSPX-Parts http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/25679-0-19-1-STAR-STAR-Junior-STAR-Baby-Rocket-SSTO

[0.19.1] STAR, STAR Junior, STAR Baby - Rocket SSTO

Amazing to now! I think you will love it! I do! I imagine myself getting orbit from home, here in real life, going for exploration... -
Cool! Good to now, with you need some assistance, just ask me. IT was made to work greatly with MechJeb. I don't even try it to much on manual. And if you need a 3 Kerbin option, is there too... I have my own on Laythe Orbit right now. Cheers!

Hey Temstar, i already got my apartment there you remember?
-
I already try to sync before the take off, but i don't succeed yet. The i do in the present, is get a 605km orbit on Kerbin, select target, transfer to another planet, fine tuning transfer, then after SOL, i use rad+ rad- in conjunction of Lander show aerobrake predictions, to adjust an aerobrake to have an stable orbit, then fix PE and AP or circularize (depends the result of prediction orbit), in final i choose a coordinate from target (i type it, seeing manually putting the mouse over a target) or click a point on map to land. wait until it fix the landing target, normally i prefer to cancel the auto landing, and do the final run or manual, or clicking on land anywhere when i got closer to the ground. Not an auto, but works.

Can i Recommend to you my Base mobile Lander XII? You already see it? Here goes the link: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/24619-0-19-1-Lander-XII-Modular-Habitat-%28Mun-Minmus-Duna-Laythe-Eve%29-Image-Heavy I already have a base made with it (have a special version for Laythe on the link's), i just need to have a RSS on Kerbin's orbit and another on Laythe's orbit (RSS = Refuel Space Station) I need to update the link with the Laythe pics. Some day.

SESRV: Smallest Eve Sample Return Vehicle
Climberfx replied to SunJumper's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
No need in real life to be bigger, but more dense yes, and hot. But i my mind an ocean of fuel, still blow all the planet a part. Lol. I don't discart the possibility of existence for then on game. By the way, will be marvelous, when we get the 0.20 update with resources to explore, and made the return from Eve a common thing. -
[0.19.1] STAR, STAR Junior, STAR Baby - Rocket SSTO
Climberfx replied to Climberfx's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
I heard that to, when they are up, only. The problem is on Runway, to take off. and in the structure of it. But i don't see the advantage to transform this STAR series for horizontal take off and flight. The purpose of then is to go into orbit, transfer crew, interplanetary travels, and things like that. Can be used even to reach every part of Kerbin ground fast, but always in that manner, vertically, the way that it can land in every part. Even on the inclined ones, with some skills. The STAR is made to be able to fly front and backwards, on the way back. The bigger models will go unstable if you put an angle to far from velocity poles on navball. But the little ones, can handle better. But i have a lot of other planes, and planes with rovers attached, etc, so this one is not for that area. But you can see it have what it need, for it's purpose. And are amazing effective and efficient. i made a try new model, a little more fuel than the STAR TURBO original, that have 3500 m/s of dV after it got orbit. So, that one will be my interplanetar model. I already put an STAR Turbo in Laythe, but i needed to made 2 refuels on the way, one on Kerbin high orbit, and another on Laythe orbit. This new model will be possible to refuel only in laythe. The 3 Kerbin got on Laythe too. That is my most efficient reusable vehicle to transport 3 Kerbin's to Laythe surface and back. -
SESRV: Smallest Eve Sample Return Vehicle

Sun has no oxidizer... Fusion, just temperature (or and pressure) to reaction...
