  3. 11000 to 13000 m/s of dV to return from Eve, i don't see any vehicle capable yet...
  4. I have the rocket that can land, take off and get a 100km orbit from any celestial body on the game, Except Kerbol, Eve and Jool. Here is the craft and three pics of it. I already test it on Tylo from a 100km to full stop landing (i put ladders so the kerbin can EVA on ground too) to a lift off and 100km orbit again, the fuel left on end is only 60 m/s dv (on Mechjeb, maybe can be better on manual, on a optimum situation). For Kerbin, i did the take off, orbit at a 100 km and than land 500m from the pad, is good enough ? I couldn't make it prettier than it is, sorry. Any part more would make it ineffective. I could too use the Scot Manley metod, of using a low weight control module and put the kerbin on a ladder, but i don't thing this is nice, for a space traveler. Son i put a video from the harder ones, like Tylo, Duna, Laythe, Kerbin.   5. Glitch 1, if you consider functionality, isn't a glitch, but a wonderful thing/feature. Now, i can click the menus behind one window text, without the need to move those from position. And now you can see the game more, not like before, that all Mechjeb windows obscure the game sadly. Glitch 3 do not correspond to mine, it not exist. Here it aligns.

Maybe you can have better results with this mix in the no atmospheric bodies Magnemoe, but will fall out on the atmospheric ones, like the Scot Manley Rocket, that works only on no atmospheric ones.   7. I'm just trying a almost 6000 m/s dV rocket SSTO on Tylo right now. Will need some more time... If it success, i will post here...
  8. Hey guys, you are aware that for Tylo you will need around 6000 m/s of dV in the ship? 3000 m/s for land, plus 3000 m/s to 100 km orbit. So, nether these posts have that yet... I just test, and retest, and check again. Mechjeb, and manually. in sort of high to be more precise... Need a little less then 6000 m/s but i round that for maneuvers. I don't like to take nothing from anyone, but lets do the Challenge Right!
  9. Look careful on the pic of nether download the model, and you will see it. Both are there. Near center of mass... 4 quadruple RCS trusters, and 2x80 tanks, in front of the front wing. Question: You see the movie? Look to me you don't even see it, or you don't know too much the game, because is obvious the RCS
  10. I get higher grounds after the flame out occur, this way, you can near the edge of orbit, leaving the nuke just for the final run. I'm now thinking on a new challenge, the one that need a "plane" SSTO that can land and take of and get orbit from any celestial body (except jool, Kerbol and Eve). But because of the necessities, i think this plane will be more like a SSTO Rocket only.   12. Cool... Not even MechJeb is allowed? This will be hard, and i think the models will be more rockets then planes, because the no atmosphere situations... And probably Rocket only, if is possible. Because i don't know yet how to accomplish this Challenge. But, good luck all! I will not say impossible, but is near that. Until one guy do it.
  13. If you gonna change the rules to make this challenge possible, change it in the first topic announcement. But i will say that your "Space Plane SSTO VTOL" will need to be all Rocket. No Jets. And will need to land basically vertical. So, it will convert into an Rocket Only SSTO with wings.
  14. One more video to show that Mechjeb 2.0 is amazing and came to stay! But i had a minor bug on docking this time. The first i have since 2.0.7. All other ships docking occur ok and efficient (use of RCS). But this one, the first one i use the micro ASAS, got with no action. (10:30)

I think, from the 3 of then, STAR ICE, Junior and Baby, this one got the most balance from power and extra fuel to hold a bigger cargo. And still have enough fuel to expend.   20. Well, for the realism, forget to have this jets on space, lol But yeah, if i put full power on a fast descent it will have burn out, without mechjeb. Even with this compressed air intakes. But you have this kind of in real life, jets, planes, helis that suck the air... But for this low power descent is ok. They suck the air. If you use the other types, o don't know exactly. And don't have intakes facing down, but if the things change for that way in the updates to follow, is easy, just put intakes downwards in the place of those blue cones. Cheers!
