The Saga of Emiko Station - Complete

Yeah, but, she’s like one of them good Darths. The “A”GK strikes me more as the brooding, black-hood wearing, dermatologically-challenged sort. -
Copious, frequent backups are a must when playing with Kerbalism. It really makes you appreciate just how hard manned spaceflight is. Time warp often does not play well with it, either.

Sadly, I think the rest of the current situation makes it a non-starter. People freaked out over launching a few kilos of plutonium for Curiosity, an air-breathing nukyaler rocket?!!!!?!!1!1! Ermagherd! They’re gonna irradiate the chemtrails and kill the vaccinated ozone! Think of the fish-children! -

So... when at last she steps out of this thing, are we gonna get some fog FX and the Imperial March playing? Ever considered a part coloring mod? -
Maybe you should have... read the instructions.

Well, so far they’ve been doing ASDS recoveries out of Vandy. Which is probably what they’ll do for this month’s upcoming Iridum launch. -
It’s a product of the same cascade of bureaucracy. I’ll eat my hat if SLS flies by 2020. SpaceX, on the other hand, is banking pretty much everything on BFR by all appearances. They need it to be successful, and soon (Starlink minimum constellation, etc).

Probably one of those spam bots the mods are always fighting. There was a gateway error earlier today, too. Might be related. -
Naw, it just means now they’ll sink more billions into making SLS reusable, EM-1 now NET 2031...

Sounds like my local building permit office. Badum-click.

Today Yesterday was interesting, finally got to see a new bee emerging! Yet another drone who will do absolutely nothing useful during his short life of sloth and debauchery. [more melittological crap follows] Today was... neither funny, nor interesting, and was basically 15 hours of sitting in traffic (for which I was only paid for 8ish ).

As always I’m late to the party, here, but finally got caught up, and I’ve gotta say you’ve outdone yourself with this arc, @Just Jim. Or should we call you Puppetmaster, now? Emiko is, of course, far too amicable for such a thought, but I had this in my head as the climax came together:
