Yeah, some of the smaller moon craters feel a bit too densely packed, though having proper craters is still an improvement.

I agree it's unlikely, though I don't think it's entirely impossible for their structures to all be gone, if perhaps they only made them out of wood or stone very rarely, and over millions of years those stone structures have been destroyed by tectonics and weathering. And yes, intelligent creatures are more likely to survive, but a major extinction event could have wiped them out, particularly if they were intelligent, but not building sustainable fallout shelter intelligent. And yes, I think it's probably not true, but an interesting scifi idea and distant possibility.

By civilised, I mean enough to develop language, social structure, infrastructure and tools. It's a question that popped into my head recently, it would be a remarkable discovery, if we found evidence of such a civilisation. It seems we should have perhaps found it, but if there were few of them or if they didn't do much crafting of lasting things like rock, perhaps the ruins of time could have removed all evidence of their existance...

I wonder when the next planets will be updated (Since it's currently the inner planets)... would probably have to be another gamebreaker, so maybe they'll leave it for a few updates... and possibly release a new planet with it? Get it all done in one?

What about it? They had to test all the new models and animations, the new SAS system, the new terrain on Kerbin, Mun, Moho etc., the new astronaut complex and crew management system, the new interface changes and so on.

That sounds like a good idea, but the big thing I noticed is that the new adapters are probably going to completely change the way people structure their rockets.

New parts are always good. They might seem minor but people always come up with so many new awesome things with them.

The size of a football field? Isn't that what the ISS itself is supposed to be the size of? It's not very big, something going many times faster than a bullet, as you do with orbital velocity, would pass through such an area long before the ISS could move.

I would not be happy with what happened, but I think I would still be happy with the game. But I would be dissapointed, because though it is enjoyable, it definitely does not feel complete.

Interesting post. People do seem to forget that atmosphere stripping isn't something that happens in years, or decades, or centuries, or millenia, it's a very slow process. I'd be interested to hear more about your thoughts on terraforming and creating an atmosphere. Where does the SF6 come from? Is it something that can be created using resources already on Mars?

Haha, that's amusing. I noticed Classical isn't there, neither is techno, and some things that are really quite diverse in how accepted they are are one category. I guess I'm between 2 and 3. I like classic rock, indie rock and some other things that are vaguely defined as rock or folk-rock, but I am also really into folk. My favourite artist is far and a way Bob Dylan. It's the obvious choice but well deserved I think. As for rap, I've never been much able to get into it. I find even on the songs critically praised, the beat and music and rhythmical / rhyming schemes are rarely interesting, usually just kind of atonal and simple, doesn't really express much. The delivery as well, usually sounds rather mundane, though some artists like Eminem seem to be able to give a good sense of emotion. So I come to the conclusion that rap is more about the lyrics, which I'm assuming is how most serious rap fans see it. And though I don't actively seek it out, I have been shown plenty of examples of lyrically good rap songs, BUT most of these seem to be still rather straightforward and without much poetry to them. Still thoughtful, intelligent lyrics, sometimes personal, though personal emotional rap doesn't seem to be nearly as prevalent as political/social commentary rap. This is fine, it's just not for me. And of course, it's only based off what people have shown me when I asked to hear some great rap. I like it when I can see real beauty in language and it's utilisation. Generally I've found the sort of rap that appeals to me most is comedic rap, as it feels natural with the hard, rapid style with lots of wordplay. Popular rap, on the other hand, I think is almost all awful. I never understood the mindset someone had of paying someone to tell you they're better off than you over and over again and offering nothing else of value except perhaps a catchy tune lifted from somewhere else. I'm not wholly against sampling or other sorts of borrowing in art, but most of the time when used on modern pop music, it seems acontextual and to serve no other purpose than to give the song something of value where there otherwise is none, and in that way it feels completely like stealing without adding anything, even if they do have the money to pay for the rights. It's like "I'm awesome and rich and get lots of sex. Now here's the part you all like to dance and sing along to, which I didn't write. Aren't I great? Go to my show! Download me off itunes! Hashtag."
