Hi, 2 questions - 1 Planet factory not bein compressed?? 2 how can I disable a folder - I saw a post a few pages back...neried ribbons isnt working... I am in pain here - I am resorting to remove my mods I dont see how this could be a mod conflict. I need the neried folder not to be enabled for compression...help ! I just verified that I need to do this...mua i cant play until I get this fixed...mua ! (Well lookin thru about 50 pages I finally found a hint - text tcfg files located in Boulder Colorado 'NOT' the active texture directory - I found the neried.tcfg and disabled for active textures...I will report if this works ! The problem is that there are 2 dirs: active texture cache in the active texture dir boulder colorado texture compressed...why 2 when some are duplicated? Different files to handle? Zeta

Hello, I hope to have my stream up altho the first hour will no doubt be boring; I am almost done setting up my Career Tree for Live Missions ! Hi, My bad...I didnt have tree-edit dll; now that I have them both in a plugins folder they work; works in that 64bit hack test; but I am not using the 64bit version as theres a decoupler bug (no ejection force) and the gfx card runs a tad warmer... Cdr Zeta -

Hi, I guess - definitely no ejection force. Also my temps on the cpu didnt change appreciably; I am not seeing any benefit; the gfx card still ran a tad warmer about 37deg. I was glad to try this. Either way the CPU runs hot in this game; more than any MMO I play. As for the GFX I would stick with dx9; I had glitches in dx11 and the gfx card definitely runs hotter; not that it cant handle it but why take the risk when there is no benefit to be seen from my end anyways. I thought Unity was 'NOT' 64 bit? I dont think this works. Cdr Zeta -

Hi, I read about this...I can check it but I read the Unity version affects this and they said 4.5+ versions wont work with KSP so I didnt try that. My issue now is that in this mode with dx11 my graphics card was hitting 45deg C; last nite it hit 50 somthin and I just started the game...with dx9 32bit the temp is hittin 36 on the gfx card; I will try dx9 and 64bit and do a decouple or 2 ... As for treeloader - well it works now cause I didnt have tree-edit in...mods lol and I got them in a plugins folder; I just had to wait for it to load I have no patience sometimes. cdr zeta -

I just ran 64bit Unity hack and treeloader works; I forgot the keys but if anything changes I will let ya know...OH BUT theres a catch::::::: If treeloader is in a folder, or plugins, it wont work the game hangs on it. I have to put treeloader.dll in Gamedata dir directly ! Cdr Zeta -

Howdi, It works ! Forced Dx11 Win7 64bit !! Mods: MechJ, PF but the one where Serious in in a folder that can be deleted, added a few more planet packs, asteroid mod works !! Treeloader works but I forgot the keys so I will be streamin Career mode again soon startin all over; I didnt get far anyways. Cdr Zeta -
Hi Again ! YES ! Serious looks like a sun and probly has sun-like data so I am able to delete the Serious system. The asteroid mod worked both ways but I aint takin any chances with my next restart. I havnt added this planet pack yet but I got Kerbin+ also...AND - I am running KSP as 64-bit (!) as per the Unity 64bit hack; kudos here. When I zoomed in at the base site my graphics cards crashed the program tho; no biggy; using forced dx11, treeloader worked, so I am adding my mods back and all looks hopeful ! I stream also so I will be getting back to streaming when I get my mods updated... Cmdr Zeta

Forgive me for asking but is this PE fixed working with asteroids and Serious is no longer a sun etc??

Hi, I will give this a go ... I guess the RAM limitation is still there...I get a start at about 3.2Gigs and over an hour of gameplay before I have to restart which is good for me; the game slowly adds to the RAM; I am looking a bit for performance improvement. I miss KSP ... Zeta -

Hi, Altho RPM is nice I havnt used it this time around and hope to do so...it is however in my opinion at the bottom of your list priority-wise...Mechjeb then ScanSat compatibility but even then ScanSat is also at the bottom or midway on our long list of mods. We all must look to individual threads for the most important mods for us; I use Planet Factory and had to change something in the code myself to get it to work and I cant re-distribute it; I spent a week or more solving various problems just so that I can play the Science Career mode; we seem to forget this is an Alpha program; one of the best around in that light. Greetings, Yes there are a few asteroids causing havoc with Kerbin it seems - we are tracking some 100 of them with our new facilities... We realize that Commander Zeta has been derailed a few times but rest assured he is in communications with KSC at all times when needed...in fact he has signed new contracts to send prototype TAC Life support systems in orbit...some greenhouse things...live video feeds of this are on going I hear...
