I Love what your doing here, and I am for the Stable version and a Developmental version. In the short run it WILL be a little more work for You. BUT I do feel it is what we need so those that already have huge massive stations, craft, or what ever up can still play with them till a stable balance is meet. -
Space Cowboy dang that thing looks huge! In other news, i may have found a way to keep playing KSP, reduce rendering all the way to fastest. At that setting I've found that i've been able to work some magic and get back into playing once more.

**facepaws and sighs** People you need to go into the config FILES and set your fire button Look for the following and change "keyfire = (whatever)" to the key you want to fire. You will NEED to go into each gun and change this if i remember right. -
Its not that I don't mind the 50 part count and I know others are working on this and total part count maters for everyone. As I am worried that it is getting higher up there in the part count by the time it get s to me I might have troubles with it just loading... I'll fiddle around with it and see what I can come up with, I might need to step back and rethink my design. Maybe drop the Xenon tanks completely and just use fuel, oxidizer and monopropellent.

with a 50 part limit, i'm going to lose a lot of soundness of the whole section, I wanted it to be the 2 large orange tanks the rcs and the Xenon tanks. The Xenon and Rcs do take up a rather large part count due to how little a part holds. I'll fiddle with it some more and see what i can do. What is the most you will bend to allow in maybe 75ish?

IF you would like, "The Mass Key" shipyards can send up a section dedicated to refueling ships, Two orange tanks, some RCS tanks, Xenon tanks and plain ole jet fuel. I do have a station segment in mind for it and will get to developing it and submit plans of the refueling section. ok i made one up real fast but it is sitting at 112 parts, mostly struts. Fuel load out is: 2730 RCS 7080 Fuel 7480 Oxidizer 9600 Xenon 8000 Power units There is also 2 inline Sr docking port for station connections fore and aft of the module, 2 Jr docking ports, and 4 standard sized docking ports. And now a few pictures of the section, please notice that the capsule is there only for looks and there is 3 parts that are related to the capsule, under the decoupler is a Sr docking port. Once separated the decoupler will stay with the capsule and these parts are subtracted already from the part count.

Yes it is modded content that I was thinking of using, and it was not going to be a single stage to orbit as it was going to be a piggy back system. The only way how it will NOT be a gatecrasher is for me to make a SSTO that will take the payload, in this case the mini-shuttle into space and then return to KSP. In other news due to my video card giving out, cooling fan finally gave out. I've been forced to put my older Radeon card back in and lag city has returned. I recently found out it may also be from the Hot-rockets mod. But for now my kerbal space adventures are on hold till i get an up to date video card.

^ Yep, that is right the up and down motion of the nacelles allowed Voyager to do minute adjustments in warp to the field forming the wrap bubble or something allowing it to not be harmful as a nacelle that did not move.

The Mass Key Shipyards would like to pre-order a pair of these wonderful space shoes, *coughs some* er I mean Ships. *looks around some* why do I keep calling them shoes??? We At The Mass Key shipyards have a craft that is awaiting one of this to be attached atop it for advanced testing. (not really pre-made but I'm working on one right now thou, it will mostly be a piggy back system to get this up into space. )

It is not made, but somefing I was thinking aboot doing. IF I do go aboots doing it i'll be sure to record it via screenshots and then post a mission debriefing here once it flies. I am mostly waiting for the mini-shuttle or will it be a micro shuttle, to be finished and released to the public.

I have a question about Piggy-backed craft. With some real nice Shuttle and mini shuttles being worked on what are your thoughts on a Dual stage to orbit, or a piggy back atop a mothership then the craft leaps off the back of the mothership and punches for space. Most of these craft have small fuel on-board and or meant to be used by means of a shuttle like vertical launch or a strapped in atop the rocket and rocketed into orbit. Others words for a DSTO there is a aft section that will take the craft to the edge of space, drops away and the craft rockets into orbit. For the Mothership apporch it would be a 2nd craft that lifts the first on up to the edge of space, drops away from the orbital craft allowing it to fly up into orbit as the mothership makes for the runway. Ignore All of the above! I am leaving it there anyways I just realized that it would be using non-stock lifting surfaces and tanks therefor it would be a gatecrasher.

I see what you mean but why have 7 parts that you must combine into one floating around in memory if you only want to use them all as one unit. Wouldn't it be better for the 7 parts to be marred into a single piece. I've read the suggestions over many times trying to get a feel for them I will admit most are perfectly sound advice and all its just the 10% that mess it up. Mostly in the first few pages of the thread. But anywho, The bed, it calls to me, I must make the trip to the land of nod. I hope the sudden stop in the end is not too painful! -

Right now the wing flaps do nutting, But I think he wanted them to provide extra lift for the glide phase into landing and during normal "stall" speed dead stick landings that the "real" shuttle had to do. I look forward to when the flap are more than what they are now and function how flaps on a plane work now. -

Daemoria, I LOVED the look of your first (canned) rocket engine, and really wished it was it not sliced and diced up like others suggested. I do hope that you still have that model laying around and might be able to put it back in and an extra for those the enjoy the ALL-IN-ONE approach. I've really really LOVED the quality of work that you have here and would LOVE to get in on the testing part of this. I also want to note that this is "YOUR" mod and "YOUR" Total conversion and that what you envision in inside your head and may be hard to put into words or pictures. IF your vision has multipurpose engines, pods, hull sections, and combination of all plus science then do them the way you wanted too. If they dislike the "canned" spacecraft feel then they can not use it. Why spoil it for the others that like the workings, and look of multipurpose engines, and space craft parts? "TO ME" a lot of these suggestions feel like, and I'm going to be blunt with it, "PLEASE NOTE" it is how it reads to me. "You fool you did that wrong! No no no stop! THIS is how you do it." I liked the right off the bat feel of this total conversion but i feel that it may have lost where it was envisioned. I love how the current rocket is turning out and look forward to flying it. I made a like rocket only using the stock parts and it flew really well. I do have an older single core smaller PC that I can dust off for low end pc testing of your total conversion mod. That I'll be willing to run some base KSP tests with to see it stock KSP is playable and such. I'll pull it out and get more of its stats, but I know its a single core 3 gig cpu, with 3 gig ddr ram, running win xp, and powered with a Nvida video card, though not sure what one. But it USED to be powerful enough to run world of tanks before the new graphics update. well its still about 2 or 3 years ago graphics update. anywho, I best be getting back to bed. but first where is that subscribe button? I really like how it is looking and look forward to testing it out at our facilities. But I do ask this what is the chances of it have single stage to orbit possibilities I do know that it is small but I have see some very small craft in the SSTO challenges. LOVE the work, keep it up! at lest go into advanced mode and use a spoiler tag. and yes, Helldiver you did understand what i was trying to say and i understand it more. Does not make sense to release a custiom texture made by a player for old outdated items. But maybe relaxing the copyright to allow only certain textures to be placed up in your thread alone.... wait no same problem .... Nvm It makes more cents to have the players do there own vrs people shairing due to outdated textures on new part. -

Mechjebs Space-plane landing autopilot is old, outdated, and not updated for use with the NEW locations and will not be updated till certain other features are fixed, like rendezvous and docking. -

Panzer1b, Not sure how good you are with cockpits, but i would REALLY LOVE to see an A-10 warthog cockpit with s GAU-8 Avenger built into the nose Its something that you don't have to do right now, but it would be something I'de liek to see after your done with your turrets. -

If they are made and the one making em asked if you will support them in your download will that be acceptable? I ask this as 1: it allows other players to get what they would liek for a texture and 2: your not pulled from other more important things to make textures for stuff already made. Just trying to find even ground for those out there that like some of the textures that others are coming out with, as with questions that come to mind so someones else that has the same doesn't feel stupid asking. Also Does a private download IE for one or two other people violate said licensing? -

soooo, then you no need help with making a new design? I have been trying to make a none asparagus staged rocket for you. would you still be interested in my work or should I mothball it? If you would like me to press on, what orbit attitude are you trying to go into? I've been trying to go for a 110km or 120km orbits right now.
