Would also be nice to get rid of the science gains within the contracts too. Would give even moar reason to go out and hit other planets.

Or it could be another element that just happens to share the same name. Also you are forgtting the cost to extract said substance. Perhaps they don't have an efficent way to do so or the subtance is a bio-hazard to dem poor Kerbals. But, yes it does seem a bit odd in pricing. Then again. We are talking about Kerbals and their universe.

Well. Got to land on Minmus without patch conics or how ever it is spelled. Improved my Kerbal Science Engineer exp leveler craft: I think I could play this game without patched conics for long time, even for interplanetary journies, as I was getting good at getting to Mün and Minmus without them. But, sadly. I upgraded my tracking station. As It makes it easier to do and not waste fuel with the tonnage and part limits.

Yeah. Noticed that too. Just not in depth. Would be nice if we could gain max rep even with our rep being eaten up. But, I guess since we are beating up our rep. Our max rep would also take a hit as well. -

Think yer right on the fly-by.But, would it be possable to build rocket that leave Kerbin's SOI without making an orbit and then getting an impact on Kerbin again without making an orbit. Would building a craft like that work to get the fly-by? I think it also gives modders a way to set up launch bases on other planets (or maybe even Squad). =^.^= -

When your lvl 1 launch pad cannot support the part count, mass, size or all 3. But, you still think it looks cool and that it needs moar parts on it. -
Editing The Staging Sequence In Flight: Exploit Or Not?

Have to agree with Maxwell and SandDuna posts. In the contract does not say it had to be an inactive one. Also one can think of it as making sure the computer is working with staging as intended. As pilots have been known to stage one to many times. And they might need to add another stage to prevent the their stage happy fingers from staging the wrong stage to soon. -
Wish I had screen shot of my Duna one. Think they wanted it around x, y, z orbit around duna. And It was either a E class or B class roid. But, yeah. A lot of fuel, big enough ship to push it with ability to get refueld without becoming a slideshow, and a miricle that lets you avoid the Kracken are all that is needed.

Here is mine that I'm going to test soon. Later today for me. Also good at getting at no nav burn marker help. Been getting encounters with impacts more often then not. Also going to make one without a probe for the pilots to train with. -
Had a close encounter of the Mountian kind: Landed here for my first Kerman Kerbal Landing for KSP 0.90. Only had to F9 once. Only because the first one over shot it by a bit and said I can get there.

Extend the physics distance in atmosphere

There is a mod so you can extend how far out the physics work. Defualt is 2.5km I know some people have tride for fun 50+ km. -
Don't support Kerbal mills, only recruit 'rescue Kerbals'

I try to go for rescued Kerbals. Just for the simple reason. Getting paid for something easy to do. Also you get them with free experanice from returning. So a double win. Triple if you can send a no star Kerbal up there to get the rescue-e back. -

Made this stock little plane that can land with the help of the chute: Also for anyone wanting to know the perma contracts (don't expire) for Kerbin.. I believe I have found them all, well they are just altitudes: Good to know it pays not to reach orbit as fast as you can. Bob got on the roof the the lvl 1 VAB and yes I was trying: And some funky effects when you off-set you MK1 pods:

Would be nice as long as it was optional. But, would prefer it to be for Kerbals we killed off. So I did not vote either way.

Sure Jeb is a scientist and not a pilot? As in my new carrer start Jeb is a pilot, Bill is the engineer and Bob is the scientist. Which is the same as my last one. - - - Updated - - - They give a multiplier. 1.05 for 1 star. -
Building prices definitely need tweaking

Yeah. They do need some adjustments. In my 0.25 save. I had a contract to have a newly descovered roid towed to Duna for an advanced of what was(?) 250 to 500 k for and end of 1.5 mil funds. Sure I would have plenty of time since it said needed to be completed within 5 years and could have funded it. But, if my KSC was not maxed out already. I still would not have had enough to make such possible. As getting such a mission at the start of any game would not happen. At a guess unlikely too. So in a sense it is a combination of contracts are not paying enough to as well as the building upgrades being expensive. But, I look at what the ships that I make cost and think most of the contracts are just right for doing that. -
