  1. Hey man. It is possible to land a Kerbal on the Mun with a single ION engine: Video showing the landing @ 2:20: MJ
  2. My 'so called' healthy mountain spring water is absolutely filled with the stuff! Why didn't I know about this before?!
  3. Oooh! I look forward to seeing it! Did you see my smaller rover based on the SPR? Here it is:
  4. I totally agree! I think the part count puts some people off. Is this the real SPR? I will have a look for it.
  5. Thanks BB code list, I finally made spoiler! wow! When did you make these?
  6. Have you rebuilt any of these Overfloater? Or are you waiting for 1.0? I cannot wait to see what is possible with the stock fairings!
  7. Yup shes a tough little rover! I cant see how it could be blocked.. It could be another .90 issue as it was NOT blocked in previous versions.. I will look into this. When we get fairings I will completely redesign this so it has a lower part count. Again man, really good job getting there. I am really happy you enjoyed it!
  8. Absolutely fantastic news dude! I'm so happy you got them safely down to the surface! The ion plane issue is a .90 issue. Squad removed the toque from the small probe core.. I will fix this. The issue of not being able to leave the hab module is new to me. I did not encounter this.. Can you elaborate on exactly whats happening? Is there a message saying the hatch is blocked or do they simply not get out? This is a really tough mission man so major kudos to you! MJ
  9. Really lovely looking craft mate. I love the intake arrangement!
  10. This is why I so rarely enter challenges. People get bored and seem to forget them..
  11. They live in one of the cleanest and most beautiful countries in the world, so I would say yes! Plus all that maple syrup!! They have world class mountain biking trails in the summer and amazing skiing during the winter. Add the unspoilt wilderness of the Yukon and you have one hell of a place to live. Oh, and welcome to the forum!
  12. This is pretty good man! There's nothing like the feeling you get from a big mission like this! Now I have an urge to make another one! I liked the Austin Powers rover removal method!
  13. Well done my faithful apprentice. You have learned much.
  14. nice one bruva! I said, nice one bruva!
  15. Jebus!! The wings are indeed a lovely shape but I see plenty of 'shimmer' as you clipped the wings. Try to move them so they only shimmer on the underside.
  16. Hang on. your using my craft? Sweet! I didn't realize. Coms relay has torque to right itself then extend the legs.
  17. Riiight. I see. Yeah the game needs a serious physics update.. I remember the pleasures of placing both of my Constellation landers next to each other in orbit.. This was around 1400 parts on screen: Modern GPUs can throw around hundreds of thousands of physics objects @ 60fps.. This is why KSP will never reach the giddy heights it aspires to. We are just too limited with what we can put onscreen at one time. Its getting dull..
  18. Not a bad effort at all. Well done getting it into orbit. the cargo bay doors clipping through the ship isn't good though. Try to avoid it if you can. it just looks wrong.
