  1. Well, I think I found the answer to my question. I looked up the latest KSP weekly and HarvesteR said then that only kerbals on EVA can collect samples. I bet though there's going to be probe sample return in a later update but I'm still not sure if porbes couldn't do any different science on surfaces of celestical bodies than in orbit. But for me so far science gathering will be tho #1 option in .22.
  2. Speaking about 0.22. I've just read that it has entered to experimental phase so it's really not far away. I know that there's going to be surface sample collecting feature for kerbals so I guess probes can have interaction with the surface as well.
  3. I think there should be a Lunokhod update after 0.22 comes out. In the new update the new science parts can transmit data to Kerbin and maybe these new parameters can be added to Lunokhod so it will be able to do actual science. I'm not sure what it will be like in the upcoming patch though but I guess probes will also be able to do what they did in the feature video.
  4. I don't want to demotivate you but why would you make any of the Gemini/Mercury spacecrafts scince almost all of them are already finished or projected to be finished with really high quality in the FASA mod?
  5. I will definiately try to make an SSTO of this plane. In KSP it MUST go to space at least once.
  6. How many parts will the An-225 have? A lot of or you are trying to make it from only a few.
  7. I have a problem too. The windows don't appear when I want to open them. the first I used the mod everything worked but after the first mission there was this bug. Same happened after reinstalling the mod except I couldn't do any missions. Edit: I found the bug. When I press middle mouse button the selected window disappears and won't open again. Strange.
  8. No, the only Space X mods are Falcon 1 and 9 from the KERBX mod and the same two with Falcon Heavy from the LazTek mod. Falcon X and XX are just concept future designs of super heavy launch vehicles of Space X.
  9. When are you planning to work on the Apollo crafts? The Saturn V works well and surprisingly stable. The slow ascent is also realistic.
  10. Jettison the fairings before you decouple Orion from Ares I. You can do this with an action group. This worked for me so far.
  11. I think after N1 a better textured Proton-K and M would be the best.
  12. I have a problem here. If I go to map mode I can't attach any parts anywhere from that point.
  13. Tries to go to the Mun from a polar orbit. Space exploration level: Jebediah Kerman.
  14. Bobcat released a video with the landing engines on his Youtube account.
  15. Thanks, I will! The problem is that I've just started to learn modelling so it will take a while but I can spend a lot of time familiarizing myself in it and working on a project.
  16. Well yes, kinda seemed obvious that 30 engines didn't have all gimbal.
  17. Does the Block A have engine gimbaling? The other mod didn't have it.
  18. I think I will start a project for making Boeing's concept of the reusable lunar lander which will be able to be used with this mod.
  19. N1-MOK was a Kliper type shuttle concept which would have been launched to LEO on an N1 Block A.
  20. I was worried that the Block D with the LK and LOk is too wobbly under the fairings but if it wasn't during the test then no problem.
  21. This looks really good but won't it be too unstable? The payload is heavy and huge. You did an absolutely good job though.
  22. I solved this problem by adding the fairing jettisoning to an action group. When stage 2 runs out of fuel (or whenever I want to do the 2nd staging) I press the selected number and then I decouple Orion. This way the fairings don't make any harm to the panels.
  23. What is remaining for the mod so far? Did you model the SM antenna as well? Congratulations for finishing the modelling/texturing! I bet you made a very good job.
