the only thing I can see wrong with that build id the PSU... you DO NOT cheap out on your psu. it is just not done... well unless you like you pc extra crispy and with blue smoke coming out of it. see this list and chose one

for ram you can go with something like this

do one based on Macey dean's youtube series(ie spiritwolf and handland) (instead of EE's k war series)
