Is FAR going to be required? -
Well done! As a Linux user, the OpenGL HUD problem has been something I've wanted a long time for. Thank you.

@alexustas. Your looks EXCELLENT! I am almost (but not quite ) as excited about this as KONQUEST. Keep up the good work.

If you want "everything" you need to install all of these. Without them, you can have the capsule, but it won't have any of the cool internal IVA stuff inside. Remember to pay close attention to the picture in the OP that shows proper placement of the sub-folders. In narrative format, it says: The folder "ASET" goes in GAMEDATA. The folders "ALCOR_IVA_patch", "ALCOR_LanderCapsule", "ASET_Props", and "ExCamRadialVert" ALL go inside the folder "ASET",. If you install some of his other mods / you will end up with additional folders that go inside "ASET". I have folders like "ERS", "Konquest" (only one part ), and "ASET_LandingLegs"

Thanks. I can't wait to try it out. I'd like to perform an all - IVA trip to Duna (for starters). I was incorrectly starting in orbit, and phase Angle was reaching 0 about 15 days too early Edit: Well, it definitely works!!! I was able to transfer to Duna and make it there in one piece. The mission was not a rousing success, because my aero-braking turned into aero-capture and quickly into litho-braking. But at least I know now that it is possible for me to do an ALL-IVA interplanetary transfer. Perhaps when I've practiced a few times, I'll record it as part of my "ALL-IVA" series (if 2 videos count as a series ) Thanks Alex for this GREAT CAPSULE that is lots of fun. And thanks Movado for the pictorial guidance.

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible to do an interplanetary transfer without maneuver nodes, using the information available in IVA. So far I've not figured out if there is enough information available to know when to begin the transfer. Any ideas?

This might not be specifically RPM related, but I hope someone here can understand the question and point me in the right direction. Perhaps someone has seen a mod that does what I'm looking for. Is there a way while in IVA mode to know which capsule you are in? In the examples below, I've renamed the docking ports (I love DPAI). Now suppose I'm in space and have a pilot in each capsule. How do I know in the "Undocking" RPM screen (second picture) which capsule I am in? (I understand the work around of keeping the one you don't want to be in empty). Does the question make any sense?

From RasterPropMonitor's, new Version 0.20.0 Public Release: The Target Menu will use Docking Port Alignment Indicator names when DPAI is installed; otherwise, it displays the part name (such as "Clamp-o-Tron Docking Port"). Lots of internal changes on the target menu, as well. Oh joy, let the fanfare begin. This is something I"ve been dreaming for, for a long time. Isn't that MOARDv doing a GREAT JOB!!!!!!! maintaining RPM? Thank you!!! And Tanks to NavyFish too. I've always loved. DPAI. It's the first MOD I ever installed (I think).

I made a video showing how to perform an ALL-IVA Rendezvous and Docking. The YouTube annotations provide tips and insights, but may not fully qualify as a "tutorial". IVA-ONLY Rendezvous and Docking is only possible (in my opinion) with the ALCOR capsule which requires RasterPropMonitor. I finish the docking with Docking Port Alignment Indicator. This is optional, but I never leave home without it. So if you're interested in ALL-IVA missions, (like I am) then you may find this video helpful. There's an also on my channel. Thanks to Alexustas for making ALCOR MOARdV for keeping Raster Prop Monitor updated and integrating new features. and NavyFish for Docking Port Alignment Indicator P.S. I'm still learning how to make videos, so don't expect Scott Manley Quality.

[1.7.3] Exploration Rover System by A.S.E.T. v0.3 (04.08.19)
nukeboyt replied to alexustas's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Any Idea what's causing this? It behaves as if there is an invisible object that each wheel rolls over in turn. It is always in the same spot near the launchpad. Don't know if it happens elswhere. Not that it is a problem... It doesn't impact game play what-so-ever. -
Do not forget that you can attach external tanks and then "offset" them to the inside, making them invisible. I usually put 4 of the roundified tanks on, then move them inside.
-
You are entirely correct. I've always been stuck on DPAI, because It's what I used when I taught myself how to dock. And NavyFish has been very good about improving it (like adding RPM) and keeping it up-to-date.
-
I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it. Thanks to Alexustas for making ALCOR MOARdV for keeping Raster Prop Monitor updated and integrating new features. and NavyFish for Docking Port Alignment Indicator

I have used the Auto Pilot page with MechJeb. It is integrated very well. The Kerbal pilot's autopilot functions (pro-grade, retrograde, etc) are not available in "basic" RPM, but are available in the ALCOR pod, which incorporates a lot of other cool functions.

You are using an incorrect version of JSIPartUtilities. I had the same problem. Alexustas' post of May 9 links to the right one. Don't know if it's been superceded. -
If you know the version number of what you want, there's a good chance that I still have the zip file from its release. I have several G of old mod downloads.

Good job! From my perspective (and opinion) you are a very responsive Dev. - - - Updated - - - I've found that entering a value several meters ABOVE zero works consistently. I don't know that trying to land exactly at the ground and blowing up is a bug. Give yourself enough time to rotate your craft so that you get the right-side-down during the controlled decent.

Black only hud ladders
nukeboyt replied to nukeboyt's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, modded installs)
@MOARdv Your efforts are very much appreciated. - - - Updated - - - Do Windows OpenGL users have the same issue? (Question for the group) -
I was having this about 6 months ago. I and figured out that it was caused by a certian combination of to mods. One of them wasn't very important to me so when I got rid of it, I haven't had the "external iva problem" since. Sorry I cannot remember the specific combination, but if you list all your mods, it might jog my memory.

Is there any news (or hope) on the problem where us Linux users cannot have HUD Ladders in any color other than black? While they're barely visible against the backdrop of the sky, they're completely invisible in space, or at night.
