  3. nate if you could quickly point me to how i should format the curve i'd be happy to attempt to add those values to the mod's cfgs. the data is out there, and i know how to read the charts, but i dont know how to properly add it to the mod.
  4. Additionally, you'll very much need to be using FAR for this mod. D/v losses to drag in stock are way over the top, and you will not find yourself with much of a d/v budget left, should you even manage to circularize your orbit.
  5. i can verify this as well, log spam eventually leads to a crash. anyone have any way to hotfix as we've seen with several other mods?
  6. Truly one does not know what one has until one has experienced the loss thereof. I shall hold a candlelight vigil whilst awaiting the update that shall reunite me with my most beloved parts. Additionally I shall hope to find myself in possession of the "heap" of unreleased parts, regardless of their state of completion. You might consider that a statement of commitment to the idea of volunteering to test these parts...
  7. @MAKC: not a bad looking sailplane, though yeah, 12:1 vs 40:1 is a bit of a gap haha, but without thermals, or up-drafting winds I always feel disappointed with my gliders.
  8. I want to raise my hand here and say that yes there are a few of us that must have KLF to KSP. Honestly I'm shocked that so few actually use it compared to how many people are on the IRC at any given time. Sodium has done great work here, and I'm certain that there are many of us that are eagerly awaiting a .23 fix for this socially driven mod.

Quick request though, is there any way we can get the provisional version of MFS w/RF+RM as a hold over for v4? I certainly don't need engine FX if the alternative is no MFS. Again, thanks for your time and work!

I've got millions of lines showing "MissingFieldException: Field '.FlightGlobals.fetch' not found" in addition to "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at ferram4.FARControllableSurface.CalculateSurfaceFunctions () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0" let me know what is most useful to you and ill have it posted asap oh and this occurs when i take a craft above 9500m in version 9.5.5
  15. With a little cfg editing you can make a whole series of fuel bearing pwings. I've made for myself a collection of various capacity wings, this works for any part you care to add fuel to. Be warned that fuel weight is related to the amount contained so dont overdo it. Fuel bearing wings allow me to make very stable aircraft no matter if they are empty or full of fuel. Additionally it must be noted that fuel bearing wings will only work in far mod as the stock drag model is based on the mass of the parts, so in stock a several ton payload of fuel will make your wings work like parachutes. I have these cigs available if DYJ is ok with me sharing them.
  16. ok, sorry if this has been asked before, or if im just being a bit remedial but im having a problem where my steering is inverted on my aircraft wheels. when i rudder left the wheels steer to the right, and vice versa. what is the deal? i see no option to disable steering, and switching the parts around has no effect. what is going on here?
  17. well, the way he handled the rescaled squad parts is good, but you do have redundant ferram modules in the configs if you dont remove them from the first PART {lots of stuff}
