Suborbital hops to Kerbin's northpole and the badlands (proud on my first-try pinpoint landing!) for contracts. First I landed in Mun's long night - map view looked like early morning, but it was pitch black all the way down. On the second try I got down at gentle 5m/s, but the lander instantly tilted by 30 degrees, yet managed to stay in place even without SAS. The crew got out, set the rover (with no lights ... ) on the ground, but even with their headlights they could not see more than 10m ahead - an eerie feeling. Contract checkpoints were 1.3 to 3.5 km away, so they began rolling along the hillside seeing basically nothing and being unable to see the rover itself it happened as it had to and the rover tumbled on its side, sliding a few hundred meters. Funny thing is, my Win7 never asked me to do anything like that when I installed it on my new PC (only carried over the soundcard) a few days ago - I have been using the same version on its predecessor for years. What troubles me more is the fact that though the free update can be installed "fresh" on an empty harddrive, MS says that the Win7 serial will be void after upgrading and the free license is only valid for the lifetime of the PC it has been installed - so, while Win10 is intended to be the last version (not counting/forgetting updates), as soon as your current computer has to be replaced (upgraded sufficiently enough?) Win10 will tell you to buy a new copy - at least that is what I am reading out of MS's statements. (I guess it was the perfect time for me to get a new PC and not having to worry about this for the next couple of years.)

How often have we seen Tom flying to heaven/falling into hell after being brutally murdered my Jerry - only to laugh about his next mishap minutes later after the commercial? Serious stuff is serious stuff, but KSP should not be taken to seriously - like any other entertainment medium?
