  1. well a drill in space would have to be like teh kethane ones selfcontained till deployed. what about making it a tube where drill comes out bottom of tube and on sides it opens slightly like sceince lab and u can see some of inside that would be good for a medium drill. cause for water drilling wouldnt realy want a large drill small and medium size would be best. for the water scanner could make it be a small globe that extends on a pole a bit and has to flashing led on top.
  2. those angles should fill the dead zones that form due to everything above 50Mm having .4-.5 angle
  3. i acutaly added water to my own kethane but still working out why cant use MM to add drilling of water to drills. once i sort that out ill have to ask if i can share the .cfg files since thats all i changed
  4. the 50Mm dishes have 25 for angle. right now im using the aies and rt2 dishes been unable to find any other decent dishes anywhere. also picked up the LL dishes but they more for stations. u know of any other part mods with dishes in them. for me i think probaly 1gm=10 angle 15gm=3angle 30gm=.8 angle how does those sound?
  5. imo think first would be good if u guys could work on sat/probe parts. if u look around there not alot of good sat/probe parts around. so hard to make decent looking probes without spending a hour jerry rigging parts around to get it lookin ggood and working good
  6. well what im talking about how there is a greay area for dishes from 50Mm-35gm there is no dishes. the dish at 40gm has a cone of .04 think it was. well could do .cfg change sto copy the part and change its range. for these dish ranges what u think would be good dish angle. 1gm 15gm 30gm dishes with these ranges would be more to connect to stations u have around planets with 6 kerbals in them. say moho to eve and a 1gm would be for jool system

  8. what would be the MM to add mineing of other stuff to the kethane drills. tried all differnt ways but it wouldnt add other resources to mining on the drills and the scanners.
  9. there is a .cfg file for aies parts to add them they pretty muchjust like normal rt2 dishes only with a bit of animation. still thou think we need some dishes with a wider angle but in range of 100mn-30gm area. right now u go from a 50mn dish right to a 40gm and the 40gm has same cone of sight as a 400gm dish
  10. stated ealier in the thread a mod said .cfg changes are fine but models and .dll need permission to be redtribted.

  12. so wish this could have went good realy only 2 things are kethane and ore. interstellar uses its own resorce thing
  13. taranis thats a error when i go from title screen to space port. its the only time i get that error. i only noticed it cause i was trying to track down another error from a differnt mod that was causing a crash.
  14. what skybox u using here. hard to find alot of the old skyboxes since links are dead now.

  17. hopely next version it stays up when u hit the button for it. right now every time i switch scenes it disspears and have to redispaly
  18. the clouds on some of them feel to thin since u added the storms. some of them now dont look like they have any clouds
  19. i have a question whats those 2 cloud entries for jool and eve for? did u just miss some stuff from default?
  20. there a good chance that it may if there any .cfg changes it could reset the planets postition maybe. just back up your save first and the old version of sidos mod then install the new one and see
  21. when i added the sido planets to the sceince definition.cfg when i did a report all i got was a 0 sceince generaic report so dont know what else beyound putting something in the sceince defenitions .cfg u need to do.
  22. wouldnt it be possible to had a random clouds layer? that way couldnt borealus be done without them being constant. basicaly only way i think to do it is would be it can randomly appear when u load a new scene say to another ship or enter the vab
  23. source and license dont have to be installed. as a rule of thumb best to not ever enstall the source as ive had times the game loaded both the mod and souce so basicaly mod would load twice.
  24. everyone note this ifi u installing anything as massive as extra planets u will hit the ram limit if u hve mods installed. @Sol_rokks_teddy check your crash report its gonna say basicaly crash due to max ram useage. remember ksp cant use past 3.7gb ram or it crash 100% the time. things to do is get the ram reduction mod. also when starting u dont have to have the sentar system checked in the planetfactory ce. yes u dont need to have the planet factory planets loaded. @Pory can u add to first post that u dont need the sentar system loaded to use. also all the sentar textures and files but for the .dll location could be delted if not planing to use the sentar system. cant wait for the clouds and more planets instead of rocky/moon planets. if i rmember right stock planets before would use around 500-600 ram, sentar uses about 600 ram. this one uses less but no way realy to have all planets loaded at one time.
