  1. 7/10 Seems like it wouldn't work well in space. This is the product of screwing around in Sketchup for four hours with no prior modeling experience. By the way, all the textures you see are the default textures that come with Sketchup because I suck at texturing.
  2. 5 ( á° Üʖ á°)
  3. It's in Africa 10/10 geography skills What do you know about Kazakhstan?
  4. 8/10 Saw your thread about your witnessing of death today
  5. Granted. They destroy the Earth and everything in it, including you and the Kerbals. I wish for a way to sleep on command.
  6. Are you doing a proper gravity turn? The new aero makes the old "gravity turn" of pre 1.0 obsolete; trying it will cause your rocket to spin around and disintegrate. Also, the reason why the rocket doesn't fly even though it "looks like it should" is because rockets in real life obviously have complicated computers to keep the nose pointed directly into the prograde vector with a very tiny margin of error. When control systems are compromised, you get this: (skip to 1:52) However, this nearly impossible in KSP due to physics inaccuracies, lack of good enough flight systems, etc. The easiest way around this (and what FAR and HSP players have always done) is adding fins to the bottom of the rocket. If you still resist from blaming your own design and blaming the game instead, try FAR. The newest version uses voxel aerodynamics so everything your craft experiences will be similar to what it would experience in real life and won't experience anomalies from the rushed new aerodynamics (keep in mind that using FAR also causes rockets to realistically spin out if you pitch over too fast and/or don't have fins at the bottom of your craft.) Sorry if you couldn't understand any of this. It's pretty late at night and I want to go to sleep already
  7. Or is it 53? **Listen to the entire thing if you want. It's absolutely mesmerizing.
  8. Granted. I am Kebab. You get me. I makes removing of you. Fin. I wish for a printer that wasn't made by some greedy [REDACTED]s.
  9. I find the new FAR better, if not more fun, than stock. Something about the realism just makes it seem more fun and adds to the gameplay. It's hard to explain. God, the voxel aero is so cool! It's literally a dream come true.
  10. Post count? Pfft. Look at this guy. He joined 4 years ago but has 10 posts. Tell me how that's not a higher achievement than having 500 posts after only a few months.
  11. There is a "legit way". Did you see the examples above you created by forum users that went out of their way to help you? If you still want to refrain from using those examples above, you can use Procedural Fairings and experiment with that.
  12. 10/10 I can smell you from a mile away. I can smell your arrogance and blind fanboyism from even farther away.
  13. Also, on the main menu with the Kerbals in orbit around Kerbin, the 3 male Kerbals have the yellow glass on their helmets: while the female (Valentina?) doesn't: Seems kinda pointless to wear a helmet in a vacuum with a huge hole at the front where the glass should be, eh?
  14. Everyone's using these new engine names but I only know the technical names so I'm left in the dark . EDIT: Seems the wiki has updated the engine pages with the new nicknames. Yay.
  15. However, there seems to be a bug in which the glow doesn't disappear even after the engine has cooled down. At least I've run into it, but I don't know if it's an actual confirmed bug.
  16. To everyone here saying graphics are not important in games: STOP. That's going down the road of the Minecraft community, and we don't want that. Graphics are important in gaming, as explained by the existence of things like the Scatterer mod, EVE, Astronomer's Visual pack, and many other graphics packs. Sure, gameplay is also a serious aspect of a game, but most people would rather play a beautiful game than a text-based game that are identical gameplay-wise.
