Thanks for using ModifiedIVA! That was one of my biggest concerns, trying to get a sort of "steam six" type of layout with the analogs. I'm glad you find it useful. -

Hi Redbiertje, Please help me troubleshoot this, my prop is based on an ALCOR asset, and in it's config (located in /GameData/AKI/ModifiedIVA/Props/) there should a MODEL node within it: model = ASET_Props_1.0.2/ASET_Props/Misc/SwitchFlatPanelShort/SwitchFlatPanelShort Can you confirm that the model path above is valid and a file named SwitchFlatPanelShort.mu is in that path (ASET_Props_1.0.2/ASET_Props/Misc/SwitchFlatPanelShort/SwitchFlatPanelShort.mu) Let me know, thanks. P.S. I have tried to reproduce it, but was not able to - if you can send me the link of your latest KSP.log containing at least one flight with the cockpit. -

Quick suggestion, may make some sense: - how about the science required to train a kerbal to a certain level is a one time science cost? That is to say, once scientific achievements are reached, the cost of training the next kerbal for the same level should be drastically reduced since the scientific progress isn't forgotten... Example would be training one Kerbal once to a Skilled or Professional level of Mechanic, and that costs 100 science the first time, and subsquent training for the same level can be a fraction of that cost since, say ((original science cost)*0.25)/number of trainings performed for same level Example with Numbers: 1. training kerbal to skilled level of Mechanic = 100 science 2. second kerbal taking same traning = (100*0.25)/1 = 25 3. third kerbal taking same training = (100*0.25)/2 = 12.5 and so on..... Either way, I love the mod, and its a must for me on my save. -

Awww - makes perfect sense now. You are missing a prop, "AKIShortPlate" that should be in the mod folder, can you confirm that this file exists? GameData\AKI\ModifiedIVA\Props\AKIShortPlate.cfg Also, if you exit the game after that, can you look into the last lines in the KSP.log (during the flight scene) and look for any errors loading that model. You can also just zip the .log, and let me know where to get it, and I can have a look. -
I'm starting to now in my new career save, mostly with KerbinSide additional sites, I am building an infrastructure of naval and air vehicles stationed where they can be quickly recovered or refueled with trucks, etc. Makes for an awesome (for me) time in transporting materials/supplies to keep up with all the stationed assets since Kerbal Construction Time denies the quick launch of something I might need that minute (I also have random failures - DangIt which mandates training of the kerbals for maintenance, etc.) That and a remote tech ground infrastructure rather than several satellites in orbit is keeping me busy (I have more fun at Kerbin rather in space anyway).

Hey there, The SPP stock pit screens aren't props unfortunately, part of the model as far as I can tell, so I had to place my IVA configs over them. Are you seeing any clipping or anything like that? - - - Updated - - - Hey guys, quick update, Im starting to work on a new IVA, this time for the KP0110 wonderful pod by Ledenko! WIP Album: Note: This pod will feature an RPM config, although I might consider doing a more analog type of IVA to keep with the Apollo like look. Time permitting. -
@Wanderfound: Hey there, tested a little more in 0.25 and couldnt find any unusual. Please send me or reply here with some details on what you are experiencing, and I can have a look further. I also tested with the latest FAR.

I had'nt seen this prop - downloading now, and having a look, perhaps will make into an optional addition if the mod is installed. - - - Updated - - - Busy with work and RL at the moment, I did receive a request to work on an IVA for a fellow modder, I'm starting that work and will update the thread with WIP, etc. -

Hi Beetlecat, PIT's that have the KOS terminal prop without the mod installed would throw that error, I've been a bit busy this week but I'll get back to it, and confirm for you. -

I have been playing it in .25 but I have been mostly in mod testing mode, so haven't done more testing than functional. I will dive a little deeper, and see if there is something weird going on. - - - Updated - - - Apologies for the late reply - I will check in making all keys configurable/toggable.

This is a great mod, quick suggestion/question: perhaps we can tie it to an action group so we toggle the plugin functionality - this will address changing conditions/crafts while in same mission. -

Thanks!! I too am not a fan of the RPM HUD, thought it was a scalling issue but I wasnt able to get it to work how I thought it should. I must say - I was waiting to see the cockpit in use in your youtube video Like always, thanks for using the IVAs, and let me know of any issues/concerns. -

Hi erbmur! The 2 displays might be due to some error while loading the internals, retry and paste the flight portion of your KSP log - hopefully that will tell us something. As far as the 2 abort buttons, yes intentional, realistically if something does go wrong while looking at one side of the pit, you dont want to look too far to bug out - of course this is just a game, but when placing the props I think if something would physically reasonable.
