  1. My NERVA Powered mun lander glows in the dark Luckily the small fins prevent it from overheating But either radiators should be added or nerf the heat because the exhaust removes heat from the reactor core.
  2. As the title Says. So basically how it works is you have a drill on the spacecraft, it displays some bonus text about the sample then the only option is to return it transmitting wont give you any science, but returning it to kerbin will give you science. what the drill does is it takes a sample of the surface, just like a kerbal but does not give any science if transmitted. After the drill takes a sample there is another part that stores the sample on top of the sample return capsule. the return capsule can be designed for multiple stages or to use nuclear engines for efficient travel to kerbin. Since kerbals are very very expensive the sample return might be a viable mission for early or mid career mode. This also opens up contracts for returning a sample from a body. just an idea.
  3. Dres is Boring, Its just a mun clone in orbit around the sun they should give it a few moons maybe mimic the pluto system.
  4. Programming, maintenance of those automation machines, 3d modeling circuit boards for the machines to construct. those of some of the jobs that might be vital for a society like this.
  5. My tourists want me to put them in a suborbital trajectory on the sun, they must be insane.
  6. They just forgot to add radiators I think the heating is fine.
  7. I used the medium sized structural fins structural wing type A. not the smaller ones.
  8. I just put structural wings on the fuel tank that the NV-R is attached to I can run the NV-R at full thrust without overheating.

So after the nuclear engine changed alot it overheats and it consumes more fuel like it takes a 2m half tank with 1 nuke it nearly burns all of that fuel just to get to minmus also the payload was about 8 tons. so for a end game engine we could have like a VASMIR. VASMIRS need Lots power like a crazy amount but have a high specific impulse and cost alot alot of money. for powering them we could have nuclear reactor again end game tech and powered by uranium, uranium is a very expensive resource so the only way to really get it is to mine it from the mun or minmus, and construct the VASMIR powered craft in orbit around the mun or minmus. Just an idea.

  12. Okay so when I am In the VAB or SPH I get this occasional bug that makes me have to restart the game Its very annoying. So what happens Is the display goes black for 1 or 2 seconds then the KSP window Is black then a message pops up saying (NVIDIA Display driver has stopped working and has recovered) Might be a problem with my machine but it only happens when In the VAB. also I am using KSP 32 bit. PC Specs Some of them. OS Windows 7 64 bit CPU Intel core duo T9600 GPU NVIDIA quadro FX 770M

When stars are in kopernicus with colors and stuff I had a idea Wheres there one object called 'Universe' and 'Kerbal' and 'Kandromeda' and you guessed it Galaxys Just an Idea we could have things like Superclusters galactic groups ect It would probably eat the ram until there is no ram left. when there Is star support I guess I could attempt this.
  19. Would it be possible to make it so you can adjust the brightness of the flares, I find it absurd being able to see eeloo as a bright object from kerbin. did I also mention that Gilly is visible with the naked eye on kerbin.
  20. After doing a Cassini'ish mission I tryed to preform a Hale flyby and its SOI Is to small I did get a hale encounter but it was very buggy no periapis but pasing through it Please increase Hales SOI.
