  1. Hello guys, i dont know if anyone else mentoned this before. I freshly installed ksp and with some bunch of mods with this that actualy work together pretty well, the game is very stable. However whenever in hangar after i am done with main hull or something, after i start the wings and tweaking stuff. within several minutes i crash to desktop with "ksp stopped working" error. I dont get any bug report file in ksp folder, so i cant send outlook or log file here. This happens more frequantly when i am done with main wing and after i attack another procedural wing to its tip end for more costumazation. i run latest version of this mod and far and any other mod. i run .90 x32 ksp. What should i do?
  2. "At the moment these planets have no moons or anything around them" the mod is interesting i will keep up on the news for this, but as quoted above, it doesnt give enought interest for me at the moment.
  3. Long ago i had this issue myself, i didn't have cloudlayers.cfg in cloud folder in boulder Co. If you encounter the same problem Press alt+n to bring EVE menu and tweak with values until you find the correct one, you can also edit everything to your liking. If you need more help page 67 of this thread can have usefull information.
  4. i hope in future patches. .91 or 90.1 whatever they will focus on fixing the games problems rather then adding content, even stock ksp is very close to 32x limits now. This game could use a programming update. and no, i dont take "blame unity" as an excuse.
  5. Yes you can just let it run.. but when you have nothing else to do but sitting on the computer and you have an hour to wait.. why the hell not multitask
  6. ATM can take a lot of time if you are using too many mods or too big files. Which is why b9 or astronomers mods while are pretty, are worthless in practice. However, if you have a good computer, you can start the process let the atm take over,alt tab, play your mini games, surf arround the internet for 30 minutes. When you try to check the ksp window, it will "look" as if it is frozen in the last file just before you minimized the game, but in reality the loading continues. i played 30 minutes and then came back, and closed KSP (sometimse you have to force it shut down with ctrl alt delete) restarted ksp, waited in loading window for 30 seconds, and started the game and voila!

Be sure you are using ATM. if so, upgrade to agressive version , switch to x64 or sacrifice some files in your mods to open memory for it - - - Updated - - - this mod has nothing to do with locations of the planets, it only changes appereance. So yes, you can play with stock save. as for ram, with upgrades getting piled up like in .90, even stock ksp is close to x32 s RAM limitations. be sure to install ATM.
  9. i wonder if porkjet is stil arround, i would love a wing mod from him considaring he is the very founderof all plane parts in the game now. with the added mk3 parts and mk4 part mod from Nertea, the fuselages are just too big or heavy. it would be awesome if we had some bigger or better wings and engines. Before people attack me with procedurels or b9 or what not, they all look horrible to stock parts.
  10. These are very good. I would like some bigger wing parts if possible though. they added mk 3 parts but wings are totaly worthless unless you keep combining them, which is a tedious and allready outdated way to play ksp. Also these mk4 parts look and appears to function way better than the new mk3 add ons. Yes the parts are nice but we lack the parts to suppport them (bigger wings,stronger landing gear, ugly adapters,huge amounts of fuel and heavy parts that cant be used simply with engines and wings. you also need to spam engins everywhere now)unless we go mod grinding, which is something i am not a fan off.

  12. it works marvelously, just as the same as it was before, just be sure it is installed correctly. 0.90 didnt do much to graphic cfg s if they made any changes to that at all. so its normal that the mod still goes nicely. Still the best. - - - Updated - - - Ah.. you didnt do anything. i never said mod doesnt work with .90, outdated doesnt mean its %100 failure and doesnt work. but i did clearly state that it works perfectly, i dont understand why you felt you needed to give me a lecture on how to make this mod work with new dlls and all. Appereantly you just went light years away from my original points.

  14. X32 and this mod cant support far/near. it apoligizes and says it doesnt support far/near.
  15. So the values i see are just place holders, but the actual aerodynamics of the game works as good as it can? Well thats good enough. Thanks i am new to this convesation but i think ferram is about to give up. Well i would like to start by its his choice. Second and more important point : Yes squad may implemend this or NEAR to stock.. but people are actualy glorifying whats happening about it. Yes its a good thing on paper sinse devs saw the fan work as a quality software and decided to take it. But the frustrating fact is that its more of a credit steal then actual game implementation. Mods get into stock, Modders are supposely hired to squad. Mods official place in forum is closed becouse no longer needed, once the mod is kept updated for the actual game.. The modder is also done for. Squad wont remember you, you wont get any golden seat in credits. you are used. You might go into classic fan-boy argument but i would like to not give names as proof in this stage. Sadly more wastefull behavior was set for fans who werent modders but told the devs that mathematics or physics in the game can be updated. They are hugely discredited and ashamed by squad, and made sure no one hears about these talks. I came across them in lost pages of steam forums. In final analyses, as devs or other fans behave, i know what i am going to do. i alway do support amd remember people who produce quality software. in this case, Ferram will be remembered. Thank you for your efforts so far.
  16. Question: when i use this mod all my intakes show 0 drag. This mod also messes with vanilla game's CoL indicator in hangar which i learned is normal. Does the game also falsely show 0 drag in intakes like false info it gives on CoL indicator or my drag is really 0? i dont really know, my planes do go off a bit fast but i think that would be normal becouse this mod thins the air a bit so you wont feel like you are swimming in air. I dont know what is true and what is not anymore in aerodynamics. pls help EDIT: NEAR has the same problem as well.
  17. Bac9: blame squad Squad: Blame unity. Me: i blame the person who has the programing skills to get rid of this games horrible ram restrictions for good but doesnt show up at quad job application office. A lot of non technical people like me learned a great deal about ram and ram space management and file system of mods while we tried to get everything to work. we got that going for us which is nice

  20. uh... help? x32 - 18.3 - .90 Nothing works, not stock, not now-stock spaceplane plus or near future spacecrafts.. etc. maybe its .90 thing? becouse title says still supports .25 but not a huge IVA deals changed with last patch though, all other mods works fine. tell me if you need anything Thank you
  21. actualy it is quite old. unless you are talking about V5, then you didn't get my point. *0.25* means outdated. and abondoned becouse original devs are no longer here. You didn't get the points i tried to make. relax, i am not trying to insult anything here no need to go defensive.

  23. Old, outdated and an abondoned mod, stil works like a charm and still is the best visuel update mod for ksp. Thank you guys.
