Poor regex, don't worry. I am sure some one will make a game called 'Human Space Program' some time before the next century. I think the only thing that is a must have is delta-v readout or at least a delta-v total for a vessel. If the game has delta-v in the maneuver nodes, it must be in the rest of the game as well!

I had my second lesson today ( i missed one last week due to bad weather). Today i got the basic controls and started learning the checklists and stuff. My instructor told me to hold down the rudder all the way and then just leave it and it went into a spin dive and I could really feel the G-force. It was cool but i imagine my face as one of the kerbals IVA portraits.

I voted 8 because that green is the closest shade to kerbal green.

The landing system was immensely complex and taking into account its journey time, it would be impressive if nothing did fail. As some one else said, it only takes one of the thrusters to fail to cause the entire lander to flip out just like when you mess up your symmetrical staging in KSP

I am back, and it was awesome! My instructor let me have the controls for a bit and i now truly appreciate the power of trim. I flew in a Piper PA-38 which had a nice glass cockpit Nice big windows. Next lesson is next week.

Even if you did get thousands of frames per second, it still shouldn't make the graphics card 'sing' should it? It would only output as many frames as it can handle. Does it make noises when it is under strain any other times?

Most the options are under the settings menu. You have to access the settings menu from the main menu in order for the full range of options to show up.

I must say, one new feature i love is the ability to disable auto hide navball in the map view. I always had to open it when i went in to the map view. Those precious few seconds of no control often was the cause of a rocket launch going badly wrong.

I havn't had much chance to play yet. Could some one explain what the point in the science container is if you can just store experiments in command pods any way?
