For sulfur to burn you need a constant supply of some other oxidizing reactant. Geological processes do not form them. They eat them. Eve lacks clouds. With clouds, it would be a decently realistic world. -

There is no chlorine being released by SRBs. Perchlorates are. Entirely different thing. Aluminium compounds would even be ok on their own, but perchlorates are a serious threat to the local environment which includes people. They are soluble which means they are mobile. "Punching holes through ozone" is a stupid media buzzphrase. Effect is minimal, very local and ephemeral. Compared to UDMH, I'd say perchlorates are way more detrimental in the long run as they're endocrine disruptors. -

It's not pure water vapor as the mixture is so hot it reacts with the engine and the nozzle itself, but those compounds are so negligible in amount that for all intents and purposes you can say it's water vapor with small amount of hydrogen. There are indeed some freaky species inside the flame, because it's a flame and flames are like that, but as soon as it condenses it's water. Also that's if you ignore the total life cycle of the fuel production. Most hydrogen is made from fossil fuels, so it's called black hydrogen. -

Impartial to what? It only ruins the office's reputation. It probably has something to do with the kind of people that work there at some point in time. Einstein used to work in a such office and I doubt he allowed for nutters to ruin it. -

This creature is a colony of zooids. And yes, it is possible that during very long periods of time (100 years is painfully little time to consider) their dependancy on one another will be so high that it could be called one organism. After all, that's how multicellular organisms came to be. Not all branches of the evolutionary tree are proceeding at the same speed, and some of them go backwards. It's a blind process. What's optimal, survives, no matter how weird it seems to be. There are weird creatures all over the Earth, but the general public rarely encounters them and, sadly, most of the latest "natural documentary shows" only know of feriocious mammals and reptiles. Life on Earth is vastly more interesting than that. -
This is like asking if god can make an object so heavy that not even he can lift it or whether Santa Claus can move at the speed of light, etc. The question is useless as it's trying to come up with a scientific explanation of a phenomenon that's purely fictional (no empirical or theoretical data).

Xenro66's onomatopoeia is pretty good. There is a locking mechanism that activates upon contact, I guess a servomechanism. First there's a slight bump of the vessel contact, then a strong deep "clack" and then the motors work to tighten the seal and lock the vessel in place. It can be followed with another clack. You can add a hissing sound of pressure equalization at the end such as this one. Chatterer has one sound effect for going on EVA but it's not very good or detailed. -
Indeed, I tend to agree with GregroxMun. Subsatellite (I'm glad the name stuck) is a splendid idea, highly eccentric one is even more, but Wal is too close to Urlum for it. Such system could not survive even one orbital period and after few wobbly orbits the subsatellite would either be ejected or would crash into something, possibly Urlum. It is much more unstable than the usual things we ignore like Joolean system which falls apart in a hundred years or so. If there was a larger satellite of Neidon on the outskirts of Neidon's SOI, that could work if its tiny subsatellite's periapsis wasn't close to Roche limit and its apoapsis wasn't very close to SOI edge. It wouldn't be stable on a geological timespan, but few tens of thousands of years could work and that could fit in the description. Actually I'd expect such things to happen in real stellar systems. Also I'll check the science description thingy. Maybe I could help.

Kron 4X probe with microlanders has entered Urlum's sphere of influence. (Urlum is the bright dot in the middle) Initial instrument reports say the magnetosphere is tilted away at a large angle from the rotational axis. UV spectrum indicates water and ammonia clouds which give very high albedo.

I wouldn't put an alarm at 15 G. You're inconscious by the time you breach 10. It's best to put the first high-G alarm at 5 G, second at 10. Also, SpeedyB's idea about alarm for stuff breaking is excellent. As for the temperature, vessel breaching 1000 °C in KSP happens rarely and is a good alarm point. Low power alarm for the 15 % charge is a nice idea. If you're gonna add TAC support, there are low oxygen, low water, low food. The mod does stop the timewarp at certain threshold points. -

Then I suggest buying a high intensity phosphorescent paint and a fine point brush. An UV light would greatly help, too.
