So I often find myself using all my EVA fuel and i'm stranded, or I don't have enough fuel to travel from place to place. Also one design flaw in the EVA jetpacks is that it cannot roll on its side, so you often find yourself trying to get onto a sideways capsule. This MMU has a small probe on it for SAS and has the ability to roll, giving it more maneuverability over than the EVA suits. Introducing the Hercules jet pack Mk.7 Also this got recently featured in you tuber Gooi's 2013 build-off competition: Guess who won? -Craft file: (Put in Sub-Assembly folder) http://www.This website cannot be used on these forums/download/jt5312exkjob00f/Hercules+Jetpack+MK_7.craft Mk-8: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/67453-Hercules-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-Mk-8-%28IT-S-FINALLY-HERE%21%21%21%29?highlight=Manned+Maneuvering+units Mk-9: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/68057-Hercules-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-Mk-9?highlight=Manned+Maneuvering+units It contains: -1 Radioisotope Thermometric Generator (RTG) -2 Stratus-V Roundified Monopropellant Tank (Round RCS tanks carrying 40- of monopropellant each) ... 80-of monopropellant. -1 Probodobodyne OKTO -4 Place Anywhere 7 Linear RCS Ports -2 RV-105 RCS Thruster Block -1 Clamp-O-Tron Jr. -1 EAS-1 External Command Seat Keep SAS on. Space Station inspection- I made a modded MMU with a arm on it a long time ago, but now this was the only surviving image. The MMU is the object on the left attached to the command capsule.

I like the lander design, but the rocket itself can be simplified and modified.

So the Lunokhod 1 rover, the first wheeled probe to ever travel upon the surface of the moon, traveling the farthest than any other rovers that exist today (well maybe the Mars rover opportunity). So I decided to make my own version in KSP, took 2 days, over 10 designs, and multiple tries to land on the Mun. The design of Luna (Muna) 17 took all night to figure out, and the Lunokhod 1 took all day. Anyways... I INTRODUCE YOU TO THE LUNOKHOD (mk.) 7 MUN ROVER!!! -I DID NOT USE CHEATS FOR THIS- -THE LAUNCH TOWER ACTUALLY SERVES A PURPOSE, BY FEEDING THE ROCKET, FUEL FOR MAXIMUM ENGINE POWER BEFORE LIFT OFF AND HOLDING THE ROCKET STEADY DURING TIME WARPS- -NO DOWNLOAD LINK- ...Skipping the boring long trip...

That would either be skimming the sun or traveling at super high speeds... -

[STOCK] Vostok Spacecraft and launcher
xoknight replied to xoknight's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Ok so why can't I make a version of my own Vostok? Is it illegal? I'm just trying to share my creation, not steal the spotlight from Mulbin... But I got to admit, Mulbin's rocket is pretty awesome. -

I'm working on that problem right now. -

Thanks that helped alot.

So for a rocket to be stable, you need launch clamps. But what if you want to have a mobile launch pad? You need a stock launch clamp that can hold the rocket down and move away at the time of launch. So here's a picture of this version... Post pictures of your inventions too! Version 2:

So i'm pretty new here,(not to ksp, but the ksp forums) and I don't know how to post/comment pictures on posts. Can anyone help?
