Oh I forgot to mention but you can fill up to 3 crew onto the Soyuz. Just fill them in before launch. (go to the crew tab and press "fill") edit: oh I kinda did mention...
-
Yea, no problem. Soyuz file (VAB file): http://www./view/girgn6bame8zk21/Soyuz.craft The description on how to land is in the craft description box. (the pop-up when you click on the craft name) And also they are 2 versions on the MMU, the Mk-7 and the Mk-8. The Mk-7 is a bit more maneuverable, but it carries less RCS. Mk-7 file (put in sub-assembly file): http://www./view/jceupfc5zln1u75/Hercules%20MMU%20MK-7.craft The Mk-8 is a bit more sluggish, but it carries more RCS. The Mk-8 file (put in sub-assembly file): http://www./view/bwdzbpgzd6ggjax/Hercules%20MMU%20MK-8.craft

Ohh the Panther... -
Hey, might I recommend using my Soyuz, it looks better than the standard Mk 1-2 command pod with the Mk-1 Lander can. It also can carry 3 Kerbals (Remember to load the command pods before launch), but the IVA camera view looks messed up because they are clipped into each other.

Yes the Hercules MMU Mk-8 is finally here as promised, 5 months ago... Anyways, what is a MMU, and what does it do? Well, an MMU is a Manned Maneuvering Unit, pretty much a souped-up jetpack designed to carry Kerbals farther than they can ever before than their EVA jetpacks. Since the 0.23 update, Kerbals EVA jetpack only has about 5 units of fuel, compared to what they used to carry, 100 units, so using MMU's has become a necessity. MMU's give more maneuverability, range, and control than the normal jetpacks, so putting some on space stations for moving modules around, transporting crew, or just inspecting crafts can be very useful. Now as have already guessed this is called the Mk-8, and yes there are earlier versions, the Hercules MMU Mk-7: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/50133-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-%28MMU%29-%28EDIT%29 . The Hercules Mk-7 has better maneuverability and control, but less fuel. The Mk-1~6 were prototypes that never made it into production. Have fun! Enjoy! (BE WARNED, USING THE MMU WILL GET SOME TIME GETTING USED TO. sorry english isn't my first language... Craft file (put in sub-assembly folder): http://www./view/bwdzbpgzd6ggjax/Hercules%20MMU%20MK-8.craft Well here she is Jebidiah on the MMU, ready for craft inspection Undocking The flexibility/maneuverability on this thing is amazing And docking can be done in any angle (just tricky)

10.3 tons of fuel Take off is possible Crusing Drop Safe for transport truck to pick it up -
Manuverable, Fast, Reliable, this plane can be used as a fuel tanker, crew transporter, or a cargo plane with no problems. This plane can be modified to carried crew, bombs, cargo, a docking port etc. Since there is a big clearance between the ground and the belly of the plane, it can carry +15 ton Cargo with ease. This plane can withstand getting a wing blown off and land it perfectly fine, it can get both of it's landing gear broken off and land fine with only it's frontal landing gear, it can withstand waterlandings, it can break out of stalls, and it also can lift off (with NO cargo) at 30m/s or about in 40 feet. It's versatile duel engines can carry the plane to 20,000 meters and still speed across the globe at the speed of sound. Also it's unique tail design gives the plane very powerful yaw control. This plane is designed as a small cargo plane to fly at relatively low/medium altitudes. THIS PLANE CAN TAKE A BEATING. Craft File: http://www./view/cr5mcrp94gbzpc6/Helix%20II.craft Helix II (in design/prototype stage): Very short takeoff: Incredible engine versatility: Cruising:

OOVAV - Because the EVA pack is overrated!

There is a RTG inside the MMU, there is a docking port behind the MMU and it also has Kerbal lights. And one more thing, Why would you need to land a MMU?, it can't even land on Kerbin with RCS power. And you can see in Spartwo's MMU, there is a docking port in the back and it has solar panels with a battery.

Hello I am xoknight, the person who started the craze for the MMU's. (original link/proof: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/50133-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-%28MMU%29-%28EDIT%29) I am the inventor of the Hercules MK.7 MMU, the one thread that got so many awesome comments that it drove people to build MMU's. And since now that the EVA packs carry only a minuscule amount of propellant than they used to, the MMU's have become a necessity. So since people have been making MMU's, i thought, Hey why not make a mega-thread for everyone to share their creations. So here it is, you awesome people in the KSP community have awesome brains and I think that you can all help other people out. Now... POST YOUR MMU's! (download links and photo albums are recommended)

Orbital Scooter + Launch System
xoknight replied to GoodGameHunter's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
The only problem I find with this is that the docking port is angled and the craft is a bit too long. Docking to objects is going to be a hassle and moving object with it is going to be a bigger hassle. Also as the limited fuel runs out, the RCS and the center of mass is going to be different, meaning that it's going to be unstable. But other than that, this thing looks cool! Just like my MMU -

Ok, I sent my entry, but for some reason the URL's don't work. So it requires you to copy/paste the URL and download it from there. Edit: I forgot to put the steam information on the email, I'll send it later. -
