I find that the best way to go places on low gravity planets with rovers is to pack a crap ton of extra weight on them. The added mass keeps the wheels on the ground more. The very first rover I landed EVER was eternally doomed to be stuck in a 1km crater . More mass definitely helps. (got stuck rolling sideways going up the crater side) vs. (more weight and could hill climb like crazy when I used it)

Well, I've got 2 things in WIP currently. I've been making a wall climbing robot and finalizing and boxing up a new heavy launcher for when .25 comes out. The payload for this one is called the "KawaiiLab". Sadly I have no pictures of the "Goliath II" but here's it's payload .

It is time... In all seriousness though, I want to build myself a spaceplane right now but I don't know if .25 will reset the meshes for anything or break anything... I'm torn!

I personally have to go with Vall. I've landed at twice there . both at the anomaly . I just love the place. Icy... mystical... Also the science scans said something cool about earthquakes. Here's the mission log. Sharing my story isn't the point of this though. Why does everyone like Laythe so much... is it because jet engines?

I wanted to add on to your note on a separate world. I hope it turns out awesome . If you've heard of the game HomeWorld, the planet the civilization lives on in the beginning was so hot around the equator, there was an equatorial desert year round. I'm sure you can come up with some cool geographical places and a cool climate of your own. I look forward to the new world and its name.

I like that setting too. Maybe even with the same back story of ancient philosophers? That way you could quote ancient greek/roman for naming and still quote Aristotle, Pythagora, Leonardo, and all the other philosophers. Idk though it's your art and your story .

Awesome! Do abuse it! I'm taking a wide guess that the Klaw is causing a bug making the speed effects appear on accordance to orbit as oppose to surface speed. Like when your speedometer says your movie like 170m/s when you're standing still. Are the effects running to the west? EDIT: nevermind the effects are running down the run way. I have NO clue what is going on xD.

THAT'S where that easter egg came from... XD didn't know that. I haven't seen random things go flying by but it could have possibly maybe had a vague chance of being the twice removed and remarried cousin of terrain scatter?

Hummock Head on/rear/sideways/upside down collisions have no effect. I made a version of this that can wall climb but this one's jet is too far back to do so (it just flips). Top speed of 36. Part count of exactly 100. And now mah joke entry #HYPETRAIN RAM Collision score: .25 (HAH! get it... .25...) Missile count: 3 shots, six missiles. Part count of 306. btdubs it doesn't turn above 15m/s ish. NOTE: If I somehow end up winning, hand the prize off to someone else . I'm just here for kicks.

Are jets allowed on the vehicle? That'd make my byte-sized beast a bit more interesting...

I feel like submitting my main craft, and then submitting a "joke" craft just for kicks . Is this fine? If I actually win I think I'll hand off the prize of being included in the next pack. Mine won't match the list I don't think .
