  1. I took this post away since it seemed to offend some. I'm sorry if I offended you.
  2. Ah yes! I totally forgot about rendezvous! That was also a big one for me, along with docking efficiently* I used to be happy with encounters within 2km, now i'm not satisfied until I get <0.2km from the other side of the planet. *not using hundreds of units of monopropellant
  3. lots of lettuce will undo tuberculosis. I wish that was the case. ifhyif
  4. Long list! glad to hear you got over all of them! Except rovers. I hate them too.
  5. I love that picture so much :D :D oh man. Never have I lost a Jeb. (using revert, of course. )
  6. New things often times have something called a "learning curve" which is the level of knowledge required to learn what ever it is. Well, KSP does not have a learning curve. KSP has a learning wall, as many have stated. Meaning the learning curve is so steep it seems like a wall rather than a curve. This thread is to discuss exactly what was so hard for you to learn just starting out, or what mainly was your "learning wall." What was the first thing that frustrated you? Or the first thing you needed lots of help to accomplish? I'll start us off. My learning wall was maneuver nodes. I was first taught to eyeball everything, eyeball getting into orbit, eyeball mun transfers, eyeball trajectories to the mun, and eyeballing landing. Thank goodness I discovered maneuver nodes and the navball, which made everything a whole lot simpler. Now lets hear yours!
  7. I think my wall was....maneuver nodes. eyeballing Mun transfers and landings using small bits of the navball and map mode was awful, so glad I learned about maneuver nodes and how to use the navball. Now Mun missions are a cinch. (except that I often pack way too many stages and Delta-v because I'm not good at putting just enough. ) well, since this is kinda off topic, i started a thread about the learning wall. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/116316-What-was-your-learning-wall?p=1854389#post1854389
  8. Well, I bought the physical copy of the game if that helps. Also, i didn't understand most of what you said the problem was. do you know anything I could do to get the game running?
  9. 6/10 cause I can't see the picture on the left thanks to school filters
  10. He once had a drinking contest with Chuck Norris and tied.
  11. Yes, so much this. I look at fighter jets and airliners and keep thinking about the great minds behind the, and how difficult it must have been. Also with RC aircraft I think the same way.
  12. the game is GT Legends if you wanna look it up. I loved that game. Race07 is more realistic but lacks the career mode that GT Legends has. I just reached 1k 2 days ago. Been posting a lot more frequently lately, which is why I'm almost already at 1100 after 2 days.
  13. ^ that is exactly what you want. You can send it to a website and I believe you can record it if you want. If not, that needs to be added.
  14. or you could edit the command chair cfg and add lots of heat resistance. And...add heat resistance to the kerbal...?
  15. ok why are you putting dioxygen difluoride everywhere? 43 cause I don't understand
  16. Well, it certainly doesn't like windows 8. (the game i mentioned) It won't install correctly and I can't play it. Also congrats on 2k posts!
  17. Have you had your daily does of radiation poisoning today?
  18. It just changes two things in the settings, it changes mindistance and maxsubdivision. (it reduces how much water KSP loads, which takes massive amounts of CPU power, so lowering those numbers boosts performance by 10 fold easy. ) nothing that should cause bugginess.
  19. I wasn't using that many* mods, I was using BahamutoD's mods with quiztech and FAR. *along with ShowFPS and the reducing lag setting.cfg
  20. Awesome! Sorry if I sounded rude in my post, I really did not intend to. Just constructive criticism. I hope you understand that. Plus the fact that you listened and acted makes you an awesome person and modder. That's unfortunate about the dark pixels, I guess if I want really really nice pictures using this mod I'll have to go in photoshop and edit the pixels out. worth it though! EDIT: Any guesses about why my timewarp stopped working? There's a small chance it was another mod, but since this one messed with the sky i thought it might have been this one.
