  1. I have a "Jeb Deletion Device" on all of my manned missions. Jeb respawning and jumping into EVERY rocket is very annoying, so I make him sit in a comfy seat and decouple him off the side. When he respawns, I repeat. A long time ago I was VERY mean to my Kerbals. -I launched Doodmund into Jool to see if I could land. -I made a giant grill out of girders and engines, and had a Kerbal barbecue. -I flung Bob into the sun. -All of my Eve landing missions were manned. 'Nuff said. -I didn't bother returning Kerbals, even if I had enough Delta-V. -I used Kerbals as a source of Kethane. -I made jet packs with seperatrons, and no parachutes. -I made giant cannons and shot Kerbals at rockets on the pad.
  2. I actually support the OP's ideas. I'm doing a mission to Dres right now, so I'll check out what's wrong with it and what can be improved.
  3. I've never had debris hit a ship in orbit, but when I do transfer burns all satellites around the target body turn into guided missiles.
  4. One of my 16 Minmusian comsats swatted a crew exchange ship. Now I need to launch another Comsat carrier
  5. Sorry about the total existence failure, but I am grounded. I have some planets almost done, will upload them when I am ungrounded.
  6. Fearless looks like muscle tissue. I should make a syringe shaped impactor and give the planet vaccinations. Edit: It's [EXPLETIVE REDACTED] creepy.
  7. "Oops! I'm afraid that the capsule exploded accidentally after Jeb, Bill, and Bob somehow appeared on a ship meant for the legendary trio! It's definately a coincidence that I turned respawns off before the crash to test... Stuff, and the escape system ended up eating the ground after the parachute was accidentally left off!"
  8. I have already gone to Minmus on a flyby. The process I used was: Established a perfectly circular orbit Change inclination to 6 degrees Did a normal transfer with a free return trajectory (Periapsis about 170000)
  9. Yes, it deserves it's reputation. I dare you to find one reason why this game sucks.
  10. http://imgur.com/2PRBCC7 I have a horrible tendency to play seriously and successfully.
  11. I have started a new career save and I am wondering whether I should land on the Mun or Minmus first. I have done flybys of both. I have Fuel Systems and the Solar panel node, and all nodes before that. So should I land on the Mun or Minmus? I have a pretty good landed design with 1100 dV.
  12. Interesting story. Can't wait for more.
  13. Wrong section. This goes in Kerbal Space Program fan works.
  14. Adley was my space guy. He was the first Kerbal to make orbit, and the first kerbal to land on the Mun and Minmus. On Minmus his lander crashed and he rode an ion bike into orbit to await rescue. Sigly was a master pilot. Whenever I crashed a plane he was flying the cockpit survived. Sadly, this didn't happen on Laythe.
  15. I can confirm Saturn, Enceladus, Europa, Mercury, Limas, Iapetus, and Titan done. I'm send you the link for consolidation when I'm ungrounded.
  16. Frederick Kermbol is doing a flyby of the Mun to gather some science. I'm not going to land until I unlock fuel systems.
  17. Oh hey! It's Sigly being a master pilot as always! Hello Sigly!
  18. Who's your favorite Kerbal and why? Post your stories and Kerbal names here. My favorite is actually a trio. Sigly, Adley, and Dilfred. I never really formed much of a connection with Jeb, Bill, and Bob, so the first 3 Kerbals I hired from the astronaut complex were my main Kerbals. Sadly they all died in a plane crash on Laythe. R.I.P Sigly Kebbol, Adley Kerbwin, and Dilfred Kermol
  19. Challenge accepted. I have a Mercury you can have.
