-Floppiness was fixed in 0.23.5 (ARM), but Kerbal Joint Reinforcement fixes that if you have an earlier version (which you do). -B9? Um... that's not my division. You'd have to ask someone else. -As for part weirdness and connection issues, try hitting "W" to rotate 90 degrees, and then "S" or SPACEBAR to rotate it back. That often works for me. -And landing gear: Put them slightly behind your CoM, then just *tap* "S" to nose-up slightly. You'll pivot on the landing gear, making takeoffs much easier. Try to just wait for the plane to take off by itself; if it was designed well it should. Other than that, you seem to be pretty well off. Hope you have some good times!

I engineer a white hole. (Mwua-ha-ha! Give me your resources!) I then use the material coming from your black-hole and build a giant hill.

9/10 for robot-thingy.

A backpack? It has arms (straps) and feet (the little rubber thingys) and can carry heavy loads.
-
It's that thing... with the wheels on it. Gah. The thingy that delivery people use that has the handles and prongs on it, that when you tilt it can roll around but sits still on little rubber feet when you put it down, used to carry heavy loads. I can't remember the name - wait. Are they called hand-carts? Or hand-trolleys? Well, anyways, the description works. EDIT: This thingymabob:

I think it's a helicopter...

There are two ways to read that riddle: What can only be kept after being given to another What can only be kept after being given to another I hate those kinds of questions. I have no idea which it is, and my mind is kind of burnt out at the moment.

Hmm. Sounds like a secret... but how about something like friendship?

Banned for ribbons.

Ask a stupid question, Get a stupid answer back.

Because no one has been able to hack into the Matrix yet. Why do I feel like people are constantly watching me? -
You have problems with shaking? My telescope hardly can stand still while I'm holding it. It's an old Tasco, and if you were to let the eyepiece go, it would immediately decide to point the other end toward Earth, as the hinge has no lock anymore. The darn thing is so loose and old, the best I've been able to see is a dot with a few other dots as Jupiter. (Which was still pretty cool.) I need a new telescope....

Hit "X" to increment symmetry (1,2,3,4,6,8) and "SHIFT-X" to decrement. C toggles angle snap, which might be what you're describing. Other than that, feel free to ask other questions, and welcome to the forum!

8/10 for Scott and a Modpack. @Lundmunchkins: Best. Signature. Ever.

Nah, it's more like that mysterious game people talk about called "Outside". It's rumored to have top-level graphics and particle physics. Anyway, most of my friends enjoy to at least watch, if not play, KSP. I find that they enjoy crashing things, even if I don't.

Technically, this should go in the above section, but... There's a tab, located at 1/3 to the right from the top-left corner of the VAB, called "Action Groups". Click it. A whole bunch of little-er tabs pop up. "Abort", "Stage", and "Gear" are among them, but you are looking for the ones that say "Custom[insert number here]" They correspond to the number keys: Custom01 = 1, Custom09 = 9, etc... Click on one of them. Then click on a part, say, an engine. In one of the little side tabs, some boxes should appear. Click "Toggle" or "Toggle Engine". Now, when you hit the corresponding button on the keyboard/numberpad, the engine will activate-deactivate via a press of the number. Fiddle with it a little, it's really fairly self-explanatory.

What the.. WHAAAT? I don`t even...what?

If I remember right, it's something like 4-6 km deep... -

Don't you hate it when your friend just has those moments of stupidity when designing missions? Here's what happened to me... My friend comes to me and asks me to dock 2 spacecraft together, in Minmus orbit. That was bad enough, as you definitely don't need to do Minmus Apollo-style, but to each his own, I suppose. I decided I'd play along. The lander was almost out of electricity for the reaction wheels (about 12 units), so I disabled them and used solely RCS power to rotate. So, I set up a rendezvous, and waited. Then the fun started happening: I realized that the lander only had 2 RCS ports, on opposite sides. So IJKL translations, and most rotation was eliminated. "Hmm," I said. Then I was like, "Aha! I'll just use the orbital craft's RCS and dock to the lander!" Guess what. The orbital craft was out of RCS. Now I was in trouble. So I re-enabled the lander's RCS, thrusting to slowly move towards the orbiter. I got really close, then it got complicated. Since I only had 2 out of 3 axes for RCS, I thought I would just rotate the craft 90 degrees to thrust in the missing direction. But I was moving too fast. So I did it "Gravity" style: Last-second burst of RCS in a carefully planned direction. The docking ports bumped, reoriented, and... YES! Docked! Now for more trickyness: getting all of the precious science home. Set up a return burn, executed, final periapsis: 20,000 Meters. Perfect. Started getting closer. Then more bad planning (I'll admit, some of it was on my part ): The lander had the science, but room for 1. The CSM had no science, but enough parachutes for return. So... I thought I'd do the same thing I did when I screwed up a Duna mission: Separate the CSM's capsule, still attached to the lander, to land on Kerbin. Executed, decoupled, reset parachutes to sets of 2 at 300 meter intervals. 800 meters, first 'chutes deployed. 500 meters, next set. And then at 50 the last ones popped open, and RCS thrust as a last-ditch attempt to slow. Hit the water at 6.5 m/s, bounced and landed A-OK. 500 science saved! So, what kind of incidents happened with you guys?

Banned for sparkly moments...

Banned for being bad, Leo!

Ahh, yes. Colloid would be the answer; I remember now what that is.

The way you say that matches your avatar perfectly.
