  1. It costs exactly $0,000,000.00. You can get it here. Blender.org I'm still trying to figure out atmospheres for DMSP's Jool render. I don't want to hold up the line though, so I might do those planes in the meantime.
  2. No, I don't. Compliments, maybe. Rep, no.
  3. Wrong twice over! Is Mr. Ferrows there?
  4. Jeez, this is confusing. I kind of want to join in but I'm not entirely sure what I'd be doing or what is happening in the story.
  5. There's been enough of these that I'm thinking of doing a tutorial of the docking tutorial. Here's an example of the rendezvous maneuver from my docking tutorial. (Click the image in my signature for the entire tutorial) The intercept is quite far from the maneuver node (location of burn). EDIT: I realize that the context for the burn is completely different from the tutorial. No inclination, and it's from a parabolic (suborbital) trajectory, but all I was trying to show was the distance between burn and intercept.
  6. Whoah. These are crazy trees. Must be getting cold. Hold up, KSC. What is that? A tree? Whoah.
  7. Lots have changed since 0.25... even if it was only 2 major releases ago. Welcome, Gad!
  8. I've noticed this problem before, but it only happens every few hours, and either only once or for just a few minutes, then goes away. To me it's not such a big problem.
  9. I pronounce it like Joowhy-is-there-so-much-making-fun-of-other-people's-threads-latelyool.
  10. I'm not sure Kerbals can fix solar panels. If they can, the kerbal would need to be an engineer of a sufficient level. EDIT: If you really want them fixed...
  11. I've got two new logs up. Currently 40 degrees North. Farthest distance yet. Cliff Island and the Valley of Giants
  12. Man, if there is one thing this challenge is good for, it's the views. To the Northern Mountains we go! Getting pretty close. Oooh, a rock! Found the eastern shoreline. Kerbin's a big place, man. To the sea! Wow. ... Is that an island? It was. Well... We didn't call it "Cliff Island" for nothing. This is a predicament. No reverse gear on the Silverfish. Down we go, then! Pulling up on the mainland again. - - - Updated - - - The Silverfish is now much farther than the Dawn Racer ever got. The key is to survive, because at this range, new rover shipments will be difficult. Sun is close to setting. It's getting really dark. Time to turn on the headlight. Look at the walls of this place! Definitely calling it the Valley of Giants. Silverfish, you never disappoint.
  13. The new craft has been named. CRN-10 "Silverfish". The dropship has begun the final approach. Cut the engines! Parachutes are good. Floating down. Touchdown! Starting to kneel down. Freedom! Bill meets up with Jeb and they smile for the magic camera. The Northern Mountains. Tomorrow's goal.

    Riddles

    Yep yep, your turn.
  15. Durn your age limits. One year, I tell you. One year!
  16. The need for speed is a curse. What is this, the seventh rover I've replaced?
  17. Look! I can see the northern mount- Dammit. Looks like I'll need to figure out how to transport one of these things after all.
  18. What, you beat me to my own self-advertisement? Rareden's stuff is way better than mine though.
  19. New update, new craft! The challenge begins again. The brand new CRN-10 Silverfish has begun it's journey around the poles of Kerbin in a mostly land-based journey. The Elcano Challenge is a circumnavigation of Kerbin by land and sea. Though it is a long challenge, it is by no means boring. There are some incredible sights to see, and your craft must be able to take quite a beating as it travels around the globe. The progress begins below!
