  1. A spoiler is basically an airbrake, the flap angle part of the wing an thus gives you more lift at a slower speed.
  2. It probably couldn't form, however, if you somehow created a giant stone sphere, it would probably work.
  3. Make sure the landing aren't canted (tilted) to either side. I had this problem too, and that fixed it.
  4. I would suggest 700km, that way you can time warp fully. (I think.)
  5. To correct the inclination, set Ike as your target, than at the ascending/descending node, (whichever is closer) make a maneuver node to correct the inclination about half, than make another at the other AN/DN to fix it the rest of the way, your relative inclination should be 0. This is more efficient than correcting it from a solar orbit.
  6. The terminal velocity is where the drag and the force of gravity are equal. If you go faster, the drag is more, but the gravity is less. So if your falling, you won't keep accelerating, you'll stop at the terminal velocity. If your ascending, this is the most efficient, because you have less drag, but you're still going fast enough to get out of the gravity.
  7. This usually fixes it for me Turn off angle snap before you place the struts. They should stay.
  8. No, that's because your craft is moving and shifting the center of mass very little, because the games physics calculatoins are so precise.
  9. Ell, if the spacesuit weighs ~90kg, and they add ~85kg, obviously the kerbals weigh -5 kg, and have discovered how to have the opposite of mass.
  10. Sounds like your camera mode switch button is right click. Check the settings menu. Also, any mods? Edit: Ninja'd
  11. Why technique (DR and FAR) put the peri apsis about 10 degrees ahead of ksc. Usually works. put it 30 degrees for pods.
  12. No, there's no fix. That I'm aware of. And it's not just you also painstaking is one word.
  13. It is similar to Apollo 13, but I'm oretty sure Felipe wrote it himself.
  14. That's because you reset the bay. You can't just close it anymore., it's always reset.
  15. I meant when leaving the Mun's surface, not entering it's soi. He said it was a science and fuel stop for landers.
  16. Whatd'y think youtube is for? EDIT: if you want it for the effect of the noise, go to an airshow that they happen to be demonstating a harrier. Pretty close.
  17. No, there's no difference, you'll just loose a few hundred dV from having to go into a retrograde orbit.
  18. It's enough to get to Jool and back, probably not all the moons though. If you fly it well.
  19. You can't, not that I'm aware of. Try using the page up and own keys.
