    I got 1100 from my Jool atmospheric probe... Though it did have a laythe gravity assist so there was a bit of science from that.

    Shoulda backed up your save. Also, don't use hyper edit, it causes all kinds of weird glitches.

    Take of the battery, add an RTG. Use a command seat instead of a lander can. Add a large reaction wheel instead of the RCS. You could probably also do it with just one ehat shield.... Just try to make it smaller.

    Unless im missunderstanding this, the game is 32bit, and they would have used a float for the velocities, so this may be the actual highest possible speed in the game...
