  1. I'm using UbioZur Welding mod, there is a hotfix for 0.23.5.
  2. I'm currently designing a big asteroid base, I'm welding several coupling parts together, but it's hard to build them all without being able to test if they fit. The idea is to have a series of "tubes" stretch all the way around the asteroid.
  3. The phase II parts even make a good Mun Base. In the background you see one of my kethane drilling sites.

  5. My newest station, it's in a 200 Km orbit with 46° of inclination. It took 12 shuttle and 5 rocket launches to finish. I used the welding mod to weld those pannels to the solar array truss sections to keep part count down.
  6. Yeah I know what you mean . This mod looks amazing, it has become one of my core mods now. I even noticed I changed the way I build the lighter stuff so it fits in the cargo bay, wich sometimes is tricky. But I'm looking forward to the EWBCL. So we'll have that bigger cargo bay eventually
  7. I just tested it out with MJ 2.2.0 and I have no issue at all. When you updated MJ did you just overwrite the ddl or did you do a complete clean install? There have been alot of changes so a clean install is the way to go. If you want to limit the node dancing with MJ there is a way to minimize it, you have to put 3 instead of 2 omnimax 40t on the shuttle and when you drop the orange tank turn off the trim and put the tolerance to 0.6 or higher.
  8. With a bit of tinkering you can make something that vavuely looks like the shuttle-c.
  9. Is MJ able to calculate a rendez-vous with an asteroid that's passing through the Kerbin sphere of influence or do we still need to do that manualy?
  10. Besides some wierd stuff that can happen with docking auto pilot, I haven't run into anything else wierd.
  11. The SST is so usefull, here it's the cab of my space train. It's moving station pieces that the kso brought up to the Mun.
  12. This mod is great, I love the scalable tanks. If I may make a request, I love the orange fuel pill but it would be great if you could make a kethane variant of that tank. I modified the cfg file but the textures don't really fit. And my expertise only goes so far as modifying cfg files.
  13. Yeah, I guess with the preformance improvements in the vanilla game it was possible without a noticable preformance hit. It really looks great ingame.
  14. As of yet you can't use MJ, you'll have to do the rendez-vous with the maneuver node. Also grabbing the asteroid can't be done with MJ.

  17. I don't believe so, the shuttle uses alot of other mods.
  18. Yes, but they are working on a bigger version. But the mod comes with a load of parts just for the shuttle.
  19. Yes, but I also used some of the struts that come with KAS. A kerbal can just about move under the hab modules to place them.
  20. The intercept you have to do with the maneuver node. MJ can't do it. Maybe watch a youtube vid about it so you get an idea of how to do it.
