Screenshots alone cannot describe the awe of crashing into things at 15g with the brand new camera shake. -
You can level up your kerbals, which allows Jebediah to use the node selector. In order to do this, have him perform tasks like going into orbit, planting flags, etc.

My goo canisters exploded during my 3rd space mission, but it's really weird because they exploded 1 km above the ocean... How do I make them stop exploding? Do I have to land at night? -
