  1. The IDiCe.dll is fine, but it should be in the Plugins folder inside the IDiCEr1 (Which goes inside the GameData folder) folder alone. Not inside GameData where ModuleManager normally is.
  2. I know that, but I can't understand his post from 14:01. Really I think he is doing something wrong. He may not be using the updated .dll
  3. I'm having issues understanding you, read the user manual. It might help.
  4. Is the engine red as if you had your mouse over it but red instead of green? That means you are over-revving the engine and need to throttle down a little bit.
  5. Try adding a liquid radiator, it seems that for some reason all engines require liquid radiators to not overheat now.
  6. I feel as of the PropFan is under powered and unbalanced. one of the things that bugs me is that at full thrust they couldn't keep my joool collector plane flying and that they overheated and exploded at full throttle.
  7. What happened to collecting Karbonite from the oceans of planets? Is that going to be in a later alpha release?
  8. The origins of that screen are a mystery. It appears to be a title screen but nobody is sure what it really. Actually I think I may have figured it out. It could be some sort of set using KerbTown.
  9. I know I want the atmospheric Karbonite engines for it! I'd probably just use them on Jool and Laythe. Since Laythe has Karbonite in it's atmosphere the Karbonite atmospheric engines make a karbonite fueled Laythe SSTO Possible (Atmospheric engines using karbonite and rockets fueled by karbonite converted into fuel).

  11. I sure hope they get thise aircraft repaired and flying again. It would be a shame to see it no longer fly. At least the pilot is fine.
  12. Why is KerbTown not included in any of the downloads? I'm confused as the installation instructions don't mention KerbTown and I don't know where to get an up-to-date version of KerbTown.
  13. Well I don't like Nexus. The concept of paying for better download speeds is not one I like. Particularly because I wasn't able to download some mods one time because the download speed was so slow it timed out.
  14. It's probably a bug, the current version was made in .23 and may not work right with .24.2

  17. It seems that the release planned for the weekend will add the ability to collect Karbonite from Jool's atmosphere, but is there any ETA on when it will be possible to collect karbonite from the ocean?
  18. May I have the .craft file of the Cargo Spaceplane VTOL seen on the first page? I can't build VTOLs too well, and a combination of an SSTO and VTOL certainly is something I can't do.
  19. I'm pretty sure you have answered your own question, as earlier in the thread it was said that you would have karbonite intakes and you would divebomb the atmosphere to collect karbonite from the atmosphere.
  20. My Crane is 2 IR Gantry Rails to move left and right and forward and backwards. A KAS winch and a magnet are used to grab cargo, but it seems that this is not a good design(It glitches out when I try to move it forward and backward and the cargo swings around crazily when I raise it up). A crane truck will be built and delivered to the base to replace the hangar crane. Here are some pictures of the base in it's current state. A view of everything. Up Close. The kerbal on the left is Melbrett and the one on the right is Newwell. From left to right there is the Cargo Truck which has a functioning cargo door (Pickup truck style), the Fuel Tanker which is full of fuel from the Karbonite mining rig, and the Crane Truck, which will load and unload cargo.
  21. I got my first Karbonite Mining Rig to Minmus. It is 61 meters away from the hangar. The mining rig has the required supplies to start a pipe system in the 2 KAS containers on top. When the first Kerbals arrive setting the pipes up will be the first thing to do. Oddly enough, the fog has disappeared from around the base. Here's a view of the base inside the fog. And from above.
  22. Are you using the v6.3.4 or the 7.0 prerelease? Those are the latest versions, and both seem to work fine in .24.2
  23. Honestly, this is most likely an infini-glider. The control surfaces generate thrust, and I noticed in the video that the craft's rear was moving up and down as if it was flapping its control surfaces.
