  1. why do you say curse is bad? first time ive read that from a mod
  2. the better question is, what does he know about upcoming updates, and does he leave the window over the kitchen sink unlocked so we can ask him.
  3. little things like this lead to a more complete game. hope this is added at some point.

    Polls

polls arent allowed in the suggestions and development board. and it would be nice to gather opinions, particulary in discussion threads. for example: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/82038-What-should-be-worked-on-after-24?p=1195203#post1195203 perfect place for a poll

    Polls

When having a discussion it might be interesting to see peoples opinions, perhaps represented visually using bars of various length and color. polls of course are informal and unscientific (inaccurate even) in our forum as all players may not browse here, but the option would be nice. please allow polls in discussion threads.
  7. thank you for finding it and clarifying. i searched from all my posts but i guess i just lurked that thread. i knew i saw it haha
  8. somewhere on the forums here someone posted a video of a really long ship they built to test tidal locking and let it orbit with no sas or timewarp. it did acheive tidal lock.
  9. Here is all the Sims 3 dlc: The Sims 3: World Adventures The Sims 3: Ambitions The Sims 3: Late Night The Sims 3: Generations The Sims 3: Pets The Sims 3: Showtime The Sims 3: Supernatural The Sims 3: Seasons The Sims 3: University Life The Sims 3: Island Paradise The Sims 3: Into the Future The Sims 3: High-End Loft Stuff The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff The Sims 3: Outdoor Living Stuff The Sims 3: Town Life Stuff The Sims 3: Master Suite Stuff The Sims 3: Katy Perry's Sweet Treats The Sims 3: Diesel Stuff The Sims 3: 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff The Sims 3: Movie Stuff All of these are on steam for at minimum $19.99 each. some are $39.99. this is bad DLC it is LITERALLY more than $400 for all the Sims 3 content. now the Devs of goat simulator decided to add a whole new level, add bike riding, wall running, more goats, and more eastereggs, for free. Not as DLC, but as a patch. this is after saying they were "done with the game, stop taking us seriously." That is how you make a good game. I wont even mention the $3800.00 it takes to buy all the Train simulator 2014 DLC.
  10. with all the talk about reusablility and sstos being so friendly with our new budget system, i hope for improved aerodynamics and maybe some spaceplane parts.
  11. you dont add more to a game after its finished. if you do then it must not have been finished. if you need dlc to complete the scope of a game, you dun goofed.
  12. footprints/rover tracks. not permanent, reset them anytime the area is left/reloaded.
  13. perhaps it could remember (and list in some fashion) SOI's they have entered, time in Kerbin(or other) orbit, time spent landed on the various bodies, ect?
  14. but kerbin isnt meant to represent earth. its meant to be kerbin.
  15. i think the game needs only a few things: -variation in the headshapes(i suppose genders might be ok. squad needs canon for this stuff, i believe in the spore theory) -variation in hair/facialhair(and a personal request for a random eye-patch possibility, the funny part being both eyes work and they flip it up and down in IVA sometimes) -1 kerbal per launch can be marked as mission commander, either by clicking him in vab, or him being the first kerbal in the vab que. he would get a red stripe(or something else unique) on EVA/IVA -deepen the astronaut complex: ANY KERBAL should be able to pilot, and i do not want smart/brave kerbals to get spacecraft performance buffs(better ISP, better torque) over stupid/cowardly ones. but perhaps the smart ones would process data for transmission faster, or do lab cleaning faster. there should be SOME kind of gameplay effect for their stats.
  16. so will this be like KMP, where the devs thought it wouldnt work but once someone showed that it could then they will work quickly to implement it?
  17. i dont see why this shouldnt be an option in the normal game. it might even validate some things ive seen people do. much more impressive if you know for sure they have not quicksaved 20 times to do something cool.
  18. so looking forward to having to manage a budget honestly. hope .24 launches soon.
  19. there is no benefit of a manned mission to a toxic, caustic, entirely fatal planet we would never colonize. mars is a far superior candidate.
  20. haha last year Ouya (an independent android based console) set up shop in a parking lot across from E3, to avoid having to pay to be in there. so ESA(who runs E3) parked semi trailers in front of them. so ouya moved in front of the semi trailers. so ESA called the cops on them. the cops saw that ouja had rented both their current lot, and the lot behind the semis, so they called it all good and left. i love when the little guys win.
  21. something like this should be stock. throw in a few science points
  22. how about anything outside of 2.5 and in atmosphere the game checks the weight of . say a falling stage weighs 8 tonnes. then the game can check to see if it has deployed chutes. say an 8 ton stage would need 1 chute, and a 16 ton stage would need 2 chutes and so on. provided you deploy the chutes on ejection, and if the numbers add up then it is "recovered" automatically. if not then its deleted with no return benefit. also the 8 ton, 16 ton weights thing is a example. how many tons can a single chute safely land? use that number.
